Huge shoutout to the staff especially Hannah for making sure my order was packaged correctly. I kept the bags in the same direction she handed them to me in placed in a safe spot in my backseat. Seems that even my 2nd experience in hopes to try takeout not dine in as the staff was very unpleasant my first visit, it just shows you how careless the staff truly is. West Chester is further but won’t look like this after a 3 min drive.

Make sure you check your to go orders before leaving. When we order take out it’s usually because we are too busy and overwhelmed with life to make our own food. My husband was in a hurry last night and decided to grab roadhouse on his way home. We sat down to eat when he got home and his meal was complete with roadkill, baked potato and steak fries but my $17 beef tip order was as shown in the photo. 9 small pieces of beef tips, a bowl of green beans, a bowl of mushrooms and onions and a small bit of gravy with no mashed potatoes. I order this all the time and it’s never been such a small serving of beef tips. We did have 4 rolls, which was nice but we all know the rolls are the best part and if dining in I’d be able to eat all 4 (who doesn’t?!?!). I like to put my tips on my mashed potatoes and gravy. My husband called and spoke to a manager. She said they should have told him to check his order, they didn’t and his overwhelmed mind was elsewhere, otherwise he’d have checked because our last 2 orders have been missing items. She wanted to credit our order but we asked it go back onto our card. Make sure you are checking your orders or you may end up very hungry and disappointed.

Amazing steak, we took our friend from the UK here and he said its the best steak he’s ever had. Only annoying part was there happened to be 10+ birthdays during our time in there, but weird and a lil annoying after the 5th time hearing the clapping and singing but otherwise great service and steak! Only food complaint was the mixed veggies was way undercooked and no butter, I asked for it more cooked and it came back microwaved and yet still undercooked, just decided not to eat em. Everything else like the mashed potatoes and fries were great though.

This was a surprise trip that was absolutely amazing. I got the steak and chicken meal and it’s absolutely amazing, the meat was cooked perfectly and was so soft and easy to chew. The kids absolutely loved their steak bites meal and mini cheese burger meal. And my fiance loved the pork chop and ribs. The appetizers were also amazing. It was my first time trying fried pickles and I found a new love for that also. The service was absolutely amazing everyone was very kind and definitely on top of things. It was an overall fantastic visit .

First off we had 8 people and we were crammed at a Booth with a tiny table at the end. You couldn’t even move. Salads and appetizers were fine. Our dinner came out fast. Way to fast. We still had half our salads in front of us. No room for plates of food. Maybe they should have taken their time with the food. That’s where it all went down hill. Soggy chicken Tenders and soggy fries. Ordered medium rare steak cooked to done. We just received our food so we didn’t know how it was yet when the manager came by like they do to ask the tables how everything was. We suggested that this was not suitable for 8 people and she pretty much ignored us. She thought she was out of site when she started making faces and pointing at our table saying something to a waitress. She has no management skills on how to deal with issues or people. Very immature and unprofessional.

We usually have a great experience at this Texas Roadhouse, but tonight’s to-go order was really disappointing. The cheese fries had no bacon and didn’t look fresh at all. We also didn’t get any ranch, and when I asked, I was handed a tiny cup. To top it off, the employee at the window slammed it shut on me, which felt really rude and uncalled for. Definitely not what we’ve come to expect from this location
