The food is amazing but the quality is not consistent.
My husband and I have been coming here for bbq since they opened. It was always a favorite of ours.
However, this past year, we’ve noticed a major change. Some items we’ve received were labeled wrong. Food items we were accustomed to receiving a certain way, changed every time we’d order.
Because of this, instead of going as frequently as we had, we’ve gone sparsely.
Today I decided to pick up some food for the family. Everything in the bag looked correct, until I got home.
I ordered the 1lb and requested turkey and chicken. The brisket is an extra charge, but because it’s my favorite, I paid for slices and also chopped.
When we started to dig in is when I noticed, there were only two slices of brisket, no chopped. And honestly, one brisket slice was just fat.
This experience has left me very sad.
As I had to share my one slice of brisket.
I truly hope quality and consistency gets better so we can go back without questioning if we’ll receive our order correctly.
