I’ve been here for drinks many times. First time eating here and the food was delicious! Great service too from the bartender. We stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday in December. I shared a french onion soup, and had the rueben with curly fries. My friends had the Irish stew and Fish & chips. We all loved the food and service.

Everything was perfect! Food was delicious – grilled salmon, and chicken fingers with curly French fries for kids. Service was also super cool – with attention to kids needs, agility and friendliness. Atmosphere was also great even sitting outside.

I was surprised that one guy was working the bar and tables. He was busy and moving around a lot. BUT the burgers were worth it. Really hardy and filling. I walked away beyond happy with my meal. I give 4 stars for service because this guy was working the whole place alone.

Great pub in the heart of downtown Somerville. The staff was energetic and attentive. The food was excellent and plentiful, you won’t leave hungry. They had great lunch specials, and half my group ended up ordering off the specials menu. Decent selection of beers, but their Bourbon list is amazing. They have bottles you can’t find on stores such as Weller, Blanton’s, and Taylor. Will definitely be a regular. Update: had the shepherd’s pie, jalapeno poppers, potato skins and chicken tenders basket and they were all excellent!

Had to come back for an updated post here,,, i scored this place low because of some things that they have totally corrected.
They had the black bean burger back on the menu, which made having my wife out to eat with us (a vegetarian) much easier, since she didn’t have to just restort to sides like she sometimes had to do.
Place is also great for babies, has great burgers, irish beers on tap, tv’s for watching whatever game might be on, good service, and an overall good vibe that really did remind me of being in a pub in Ireland.

We went here for a beer on Thanksgiving eve. Wasn’t too crowded at the bar. Ordered a Red Ale, not sure of the manufacturer though. My boss ordered a Guinness and the bartender put a shamrock ☘️ in the foam.

Fantastic!! The chips are probably the best we have ever had. We had the mushroom soup and the Atlantic seafood soup. Proper Guinness pour! Staff is amazing. Visit here!!!
