Ordered a porterhouse steak asked it to be cooked a bit pink – but more cooked than medium well. The food came out and I started eating the small side of the steak and it was totally perfect, until I got to a different part . I cut it all off the bone and the whole rest of the steak was completely raw (all but 4 smaller bites of the edge . Not even a little cooked .The rest was just raw steak . I tried telling my server but she decided to go M.I.A for over 20 mins . I finally told another server and she took my plate and said the manager would be out. Well the manager never came and they took off30$ of my meal .
, I was told it’s because I already took 4 bites of steak. So they literally charged me 1$ a bite. if I would have known the rest was going to be completely raw I wouldn’t have taken a bite of any of it . After finally getting someone’s attention 20ish mins already went by and my kids were already done eating so I didn’t get to eat my meal and I didn’t even get a full refund for my meal . Worst experience ever . And I even bought a 50$ gift card from them while there tonight so my son could spin the wheel . They didn’t tell me you can’t use that gift card on that meal, even tho it’s paid for she told me it’s not active for 7 days ?? Bunch of crock . At this point I don’t even want the 50$ gift card that I paid for but what can I do ?? Horrendous experience . Left beyond irritated and hungry after paying over $ 115 and never once was told sorry and the manager never showed ( the pics don’t show how red and raw the meat actually was but it was bright bright red , just totally raw . I actually took one bite so I hope I don’t get sick .

Just had dinner at Texas Roadhouse. As always, the service was great, the food came out super fast, and the steak was on point. I ordered an 11-oz sirloin, no butter, and they brought it out exactly how I asked — just seasoning. I also got a sweet potato on the side and some steamed broccoli, no butter. Everything was perfect. Really solid server, great service as usual.

Overall it was a good experience , the food was great besides missing a few items. Props to the kitchen for sending out hot food at a quick pace for a Saturday night! The only issue my family had was the server, she seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The manager Ben was very nice and friendly , came by our table a couple times and had a good attitude, thank you Ben ! Would definitely recommend coming here with how good the food was

I usually have a great experience while eating at this location, my issue for the last 3 visits has been with the to-go experience. My wife is pregnant and likes her pork chops well done – the online ordering doesn’t allow for that portion so I’ve tried to call. Each time I’m placed on a hold and someone then hangs up the phone after I’ve waited 5-10 minutes for my order. Also, the quality assurance is lacking with to go orders – last night i asked for the creole sauce with my fish and didn’t receive any :-/. I wanna keep supporting this location because the food is good, but the to go service needs some help.

I love Texas Roadhouse but not this location. I ordered the Filet Medallions I told the server I wanted no pink but did not think I’d get dry l hockey pucks for $25. I couldn’t even tear them! They were going to remake them however it took awhile and I had already finished my sides and my husband was finished so I asked them to remove it from my bill I didn’t want them I was ready to go. They seemed a little bothered as they were in the process of making them. At this point some young guy came and said fine I’ll just throw it away, uhm okay? Really unprofessional and service was TRASH- why was my server MIA most of the time?? I had to ask another server to get my husband A1 sauce.

2 stars because the service was fantastic: 5 stars… but the food was 1 star.
I asked for a medium well sirloin, but got a very over well done sirloin, almost unbearable to eat. My jaw is sore from the chewing. It’s almost as hard to chew as beef jerky. So disappointing. I went our of my way because I was craving a Texas Roadhouse steak.
I also asked specifically for regular butter, but received 2 cinnamon butters instead.
The sweet potato & the service I received for my take order was really great! I haven’t been to this location for awhile, but eating in restaurant, I’ve never had quality issues like this before.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to the Texas Roadhouse on Hilliard Rome. What should have been a casual, enjoyable dinner turned into a frustrating experience from the moment we arrived. Despite the restaurant being far from full, with at least fifteen open booths clearly visible, the hostess told everyone there would be a wait. It wasn’t just us—multiple groups were lined up at the door while plenty of tables sat empty. It immediately gave the impression that the staff, or at least the management, didn’t have things under control.
After waiting much longer than necessary, we were finally seated, but by that point the experience had already started off on the wrong foot. The servers were doing their best, but it was obvious the shift manager wasn’t managing the floor properly. Communication between the front and kitchen seemed off, and there was no sense of urgency or organization. If a restaurant is half-empty and customers are still being made to wait, that’s a serious problem with leadership, not capacity.
I’ve been to other Texas Roadhouse locations and had great service, but this one needs serious improvement. The management on this shift clearly didn’t have it together, and it showed in every part of the visit.

Ordered take out and chose for mushrooms to be removed from my food. Picked up the food and mushrooms were on the order still. Rachel is the manager I spoke with about getting a refund for the order. She spoke down to me and never apologized for the order being made incorrectly. She asked me if there was a condiment bag (as if I had removed it?) so that she could look at the receipt. The food is good if you can get it made right. The service at this location lacks professionalism consistently.

Been coming here for over 9 months, every experience has been good except today. Got a total Karen (Kristina) today. No extra plates, no refills, and stuck here noise in where it didn’t belong. My first time not tipping in a long time. Overall the food was good like always, just never meet such a Karen experience in real life.
