Just had the worst experience ever at this location and I’ve been going here my whole life first of all the smack and bacon had no seasoning on it. Just taste like regular bacon then the manager I guess he’s the manager gonna give me an attitude and asked do I want a doughnut instead then the donut he gave me was hard. Then the little short chubby girl gonna ask me do you wanna refund that’s all you had to do is ask with an attitude. Will not be coming back here ever again.

When I first arrived, you are immediately met by dirt and debris on the floor like as if it has not been cleaned in days and it’s early in the morning. Then you are met with rude.Employees who could care of us to take your order. Then on top of that, the food was not prepared but to be fair, that is hard to do when everything tastes still and old. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this place at all. There’s a better dunkin down the street, and I wish I had gone there instead.

The staff is so unprofessional it’s not even funny. I went into this excuse of a Dunkin to get coffee for my mother and I. We are at the counter and already I can tell we are about to have a problem. The little girl behind the register was so RUDE. AND ON TOP OF THAT WAS ON FACETIME WITH SOMEONE ON LOUD SPEAKER, HAVING A SEPARATE CONVERSATION. When my mom asked about a beverage she gave a short and snappy response. She is so unprofessional it wasn’t even funny. I ended up telling my mom that we needed to leave and that we would not be spending our money at an establishment that allows their workers to be paid to do their own personal thing at the register. I was told by another worker that they didn’t have a manager on property. Cool. Imma make ya’ll famous starting with the BBB. Disgusting.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They have a terrible woman with red hair working the morning shift with attitude and a fiend at the register repeating the same question that was answered 3 times. It’s like begging in there. Seemed like everyone else was being accommodated with no issues though. I wonder what was so difficult about my order. I asked for 3 separate items .

I came in and ordered a sausage and cheese sandwich w no egg! I sat in the window charging my phone and waited, she gives me my food and I checked it… It has egg. I politely walked back to the counter and told her this has egg, i can’t eat it. She got mad, threw the sandwich out and then tried to be funny when she mad e the next one… Talking bout do you want the cheese on the sandwich or are u allergic… Why would I be allergic if I’m ordering a sausage n cheese w no egg!! Poor customer service, she even was going off on another co worker w other customers sitting in the store. Smh. I’m never coming to this location again, nobody wants to be around such negativity and attitudes this early in the am.

This location sucks the girl with orange hair making the drinks can’t follow a simple coffee order how hard is it to put only ONE cream. I asked nicely to make it over and to put one cream because anyone who really drinks coffee know it’s too much cream just by looking at it. When she did make it over she put way more cream than my original order. I feel she was just being petty at that point because I asked to make it over?

1st time we ordered 2 double egg croissant and cheese Melt the co-worker did it well. Later I went to order the same double egg croissant 2 of them but the young lady didn’t confirm with me and she had given 2 cheese Melt. I thought thats fine and i left from there!
When I open it in my car, it didn’t taste the same. The young lady had made them bad, it taste like a piece of bread. I felt bad, treating the customers good and having some patience is very important right?
