This place is a vibe! You feel like you want to party as soon as you walk in. We had a reservation for 9pm on Feb 15, though we did have to still wait for a table, which was about 10-15 mins. There is an accessible bar as you wait so you can have something. When seated, we did wait a bit for the meat to come around, though it was a super busy night. Matteo was one the frequented our table. He was super nice and professional. He asked if he had any preferences and brought what we told him for our preferences. The appetizers were good, but can be filling. The music was loud so you did have to yell a bit to have a conversation, but it was still good. There were some tables with people who were a bit too drunk and loud, however, I would assume this was a one off thing. Overall, loved it here and plan to come back for another occasion.

We’ve visited this Copa Cabana location in Niagara Falls a number of times, and the experience is consistently strong. The food is reliably delicious, and the restaurant itself has a modern, classy atmosphere that works equally well for date nights and family dinners. From the moment you arrive, the reception team sets the tone—friendly, well organized, and excellent at communicating, even when things are busy.
Our server, Marley, was warm, attentive, and clearly doing her best to make sure we felt well looked after. The meat servers (gauchos) also deserve special mention—they are all very friendly, work quickly, and do an excellent job explaining each cut of meat as they come around, which really elevates the overall dining experience.
That said, when the restaurant gets extremely busy, it becomes noticeable that some requests can get missed. In our case, the cheesy bread balls and grilled pineapple didn’t arrive until we were already in the process of settling the bill. While this was disappointing, it felt more like a capacity issue than a lack of care or effort from the staff.
Despite those hiccups, Copa Cabana remains one of our go-to spots. The selection of steaks is excellent, the side dishes are consistently delicious, and the wine list offers great value for the quality. The overall experience—food, atmosphere, and service—still makes this a special place that we continue to return to and confidently recommend.

Booked a reservation online for my birthday, and we had a nice time . It’s an all you can eat steak house where they bring it to your table and you pick it from the bone. They come around with multiple different types of meat at different times.
You also get choice of sides you can order included in your all you can eat package. However , you have to order drinks separately. It better to book after 9pm or for 9pm on Friday because they have entertainment

My first time at Brazilian Copacabana was great! The food was amazing—every meat cut was delicious—and our server Samantha was fantastic. They did bombard us with food at the start, and things slowed down toward the end wish we got a bit more, but it didn’t take away from the experience. Still a solid 5-star visit and I’d definitely come back!

I have been going here for as long as I can remember. Over a decade, so when they sent me an email about the Halloween event and how great it was going to be I reserved a table right away. Usually you can see the dance performance everywhere in the restaurant but for the Halloween performance it was in the middle of the main area which was not even viewable from my table which was pretty much in the back corner. You should not offer a performance to people as a selling feature if you cannot ensure all guests can see the entertainment you are putting on. I’m not about to be one of those people who gets up and stands in front of another paying customers table and block their view when they paid for the same performance as me. This is on you guys as not being able to provide the entertainment you sold. Usually I leave a great tip but today I left the average tip. I would not recommend this show to anyone that I know. This was also advertised as an adult event but we had two kids next to us that just spent the whole time walking and running around the place. Yes I understand they are kids and they have the right to be kids as do my own, however if you sell an adult event I would be under the impression there would be no kids.
Very poor performance as a restaurant today. The service and quality has went down so much over the years at this location. It was honestly better before it got torn down and rebuilt.

I had very high expectations for this place. They weren’t met at all. I spent 210 bucks. And had the worst restaurant experience.
First, we sat down with tables on either side of us. Packed in like sardines in a can. The table for 2 is tiny! The chair I sat in was like a cheap wicker patio chair. So uncomfortable. Plus the music was soo loud. Like we had to yell at each other to have a conversation. Same with the people beside us. So loud. Obnoxiously loud.
All that aside, the food was so mediocre. When the people came with the meat on a skewer they’d give you 1 measly slice. Maybe 2 if you asked.. I felt like everytime they came around, (which was a total of 7 times in 1.5 hours), I was begging for more. The pineapple skewer guy came 4 times. I didn’t go there for pineapple! The menu had 5 items just missing. Not serving that night. The macaroni and cheese was completely bland. It was mostly cheese with a few noodles. The meals from the kitchen took so long to come out. We spent most of the time just sitting and waiting. We were ready to leave, table cleared and everything and the server comes out with the lasagna I ordered 25 mins prior. Looked like it was sitting under a heat lamp. This place is definitely overrated.. don’t go with a date. You both will not enjoy it.
The people beside us mentioned that it wasn’t usually like that. They had terrible service too.
Its like they cater to the big party tables and everyone else gets the scraps.
We went on a Saturday so it was very busy but maybe they shouldn’t have so many tables then. Just barely enough room to walk by.
Plus the server broke a glass on my date on the table beside us. The glass hit the table and smashed and all the pieces went on my date because one again. The tables are soo close.. hey.. 17 dollar drinks tho.. lol what a joke. Huge dissapointment all around.. ooh yeah. There’s no parking! 20 bucks across the street… I will never go again and im telling everyone I know to stay away.. we’re locals from down the highway a bit. NEVER AGAIN!

We visited Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse to celebrate a couple birthdays in our family of 12 and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. We went for an early dinner without the show as we had little children.
The food was absolutely delicious. The meats were incredibly tender and flavorful, and everything we tried was cooked perfectly. What really impressed us was that the sides were just as good as the meat—the pickled cucumber, salmon tartare, mac and cheese, and apple walnut salad were all 10/10. The only addition I wished they had was vanilla ice cream for the deep fried banana or the grilled pineapple.
Our waitress and servers were fantastic—so friendly, attentive, and patient with our large group. We especially loved the cornbread, and she made sure our table always had a steady supply, which we really appreciated.
Overall, it was a wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion. Great food, great service, and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the Niagara area!

It was crowded & noisy. It was a very different experience than what we were used to, using a QR code to order. Overpriced but food was good. Servers should take different paths when they come out of the kitchen. People seated close by received all the hot food quickly. We had to ask for Servers to specifically come to our table. Dancers cane out, it was interesting.

A beautiful restaurant, but incredibly overpriced for what we got. Our server was sweet, but had too many tables and we had problems getting drink refills etc. The selection of meats was limited to what was offered. We barely got chicken or shrimp. It was mostly sirloins. We got one roll, and getting sides and desserts was left to scanning on your phone. The mac & cheese was good. The manager was too busy on his phone to do table checks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE.
