Have to say the staff and the manager were great. Food is not. Ordered the snow crab legs. Seasoning was not awful but would have rather had none. Not sure if they are microwaving the legs but crab legs were mushy on the inside and shell was so tough and rubbery you could not “crack” the shell. Worst crab legs I have ever had…. Need to work hard on a different method for cooking them. I will also give credit to the manager, I did not ask for the meal taken off but he did take off the meal that I did not eat.

The place is very nice, fairly spacious, the service was really good. We went on a Saturday afternoon, were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was really nice and stayed on top of everything as far as check-ins, filling drinks, utensils, etc. I ordered the shrimp with no head bag that comes with 1 potato and 1 corn, for an extra small fee I added two eggs – everything was delicious, fresh and very filling! My sister had the same and added 1 lb. Of sausage and she enjoyed everything as well. The music was also amazing and they celebrate birthdays with a birthday song so that was nice to see. 10/10 would recommend!

My husband and I went here for the first time. We drew the name of this place out of a bag of options. We ordered the soft shell crab and then one of the steamer options. With a medium heat. We probably could have went with a hotter level though as we enjoy heat but this was lacking a bit. Expect to get messy eating here. Overall the food was good the crab legs were on the cooler side but was seasoned well. We enjoyed our night out. The only thing that was really something I did not enjoy was it was pretty dim in there which makes the menu hard to read

The overall atmosphere and service was pretty nice as I waited for my food. The only problem was that my crab boiled had a mixture of corn and crabs that was fresh and old. Besides that food was great, I would go back but check my bag before I leave.

Wow! Doing a road trip from NC to GA and decided to treat ourselves to some crab legs along the way.
The food was hot and delicious! I would highly recommend the “Big Bang” seasoning.

First off, we had to wait 2 hours for a table, which was not so bad since we spent time walking around the mall. Secondly, once we ordered, it took another hour for the food to be brought to the table. Our first and last time going there, not to mention the price of the food is entirely too high for this type of venue.

I’m extremely disappointed with my mom’s experience at this restaurant. She ordered food here recently, and not long after eating, she got extremely sick with what appeared to be food poisoning. Seeing her go through that was upsetting and honestly unacceptable for a restaurant that serves seafood, which should be handled with extra care.
The quality and freshness of the food did not match the price or the hype. If a business plans to stay open, basic food safety should be the bare minimum. This experience has completely turned us off from returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they take food handling and customer safety much more seriously.

The best place for a date., Or take the Children and family. The Food here WAS AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS . It’s was served looking so On Point. The service was wonderful our waitress Raven was so funny made us feel very welcome and she was helpful and professional. This is Definitely going to be our new spot. The food is definitely worth the money.

I’m LIVID!! The oysters were disgusting and calamari was the worst I’ve had. Sent them back and they took it off the bill. Only to have a tab brought to me for $32 for 2 watered down drinks…$13.99 each! Tito’s should be about $8 a drink, tops. They added the food cost into my drink order. Las Vegas doesn’t charge that much for a crappy Tito’s single. Please never go to this dive. I’m leaving here hungry, sick to my stomach with the nasty bite of oyster, and super mad. STAY AWAY!!!!! I rarely leave a bad review, but this may be one I report to the BBB. They were shady by up-charging for my 2 drinks, to compensate for the nasty food. They didn’t “comp” anything. Actually, I’d rather them have been forthright in saying they couldn’t take the food off my bill. (FYI, I never asked for anything free…the option was offered by the nice server.) This place is really the worst.
