PERFECT IMPERFECTION STUDIO
I had a very disappointing experience at Waffle House. I waited 20 minutes just to have my order taken, and after finally ordering, I waited another 45 minutes for food that never even came.
What made it worse was watching other customers walk in after me and get seated, served, and receive their food while I was still sitting there waiting. There was no communication, no apology, and no sense of urgency from the staff.
I understand places get busy, but being completely overlooked for over an hour is unacceptable. Extremely poor service and very frustrating experience. I won’t be returning.

My party arrived at 10:50 am, we sat down at a booth. One party was behind me in a booth and another party was just leaving from the booth behind my guest. Another party sat down in the booth behind my guest – hence they came inside the establishment after we did. The waitress tended to the last arriving party instead of taking our order. She was very rude and told another worker that he’s supposed to be taking our orders. Overall, we placed our order after 11:15 am, but we ended up leaving due to the length of time it took, and the unprofessional staff (besides the young man that waited our table) that were running the establishment. Additionally, there was 6 employees visibly in the restaurant, and only 2 of them were cooking. Atop of all this occurring, another party of 3 ended up leaving as well, due to the length of time it took from them entering, sitting, and placing their order. Our waiter was nice and allowed my guest and I to take our bottles of OJ with us for free, since we had waited well over the expected amount of time it would normally take to place an order and get our food. This by far, has to be thee absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a Waffle House.

Sign says Togo only starting at 11:30. Walked in at 10:30 and couldn’t dine in, others apparently could, but let’s just say they didn’t look like me.

Quality and service always impeccable. What stood out for me is at 1 pm on a Sunday I was seated at the tail end of the rush hour storm. A bit of a wait and I had to mention the coffee wasn’t fresh but the pot was already brewing for a better cup. Thank you for the smiles despite being visibly put through the business wringer. Commendable.

Loved the staff there… the bathrooms no south were a bit messy and stinky… however the food was always a delight to have… the eggs, hash browns, coffee, grits, bacon, as always they do a great job in that… if you near by kindly stop by as the place is open during this time of the pandemic for dine in.

Went to this Waffle House at 9 PM. There were only about 3 employees inside, 2 were on their phones. My family sat down, waited about 5 mins for someone to take our drink order, no big deal. 3 waters shouldn’t be a problem. Then finally he comes to get our food order. We wait another 10-15 mins to finally receive our food. Our chicken melt wasn’t made as requested. Our waiter didn’t even have a care in the world. We were responding with “Thank you” after everything we received “mhm” is the most we got back. Finally after we finish our sub-par meal, my father asks for the check, which is followed by our waiter responding with “alright.” Mind you he was on his phone, and continued to use it even after we asked for the check. (We were one of 3 others in the restaurant) Terrible experience. Very disappointed. Please cycle your night shift. I get it, it’s late, but come on. At least make the experience enjoyable.

I ordered 2 eggs scrambled well done with cheese and 1 chocolate waffle & Noticed at work there wasn’t a single chocolate peice. Called had them put my name down. Went today to get my chocolate chip waffle and got what you see in the picture. I don’t think this was unexceptional, on top of the fact they made me pay $10.45 cents for my order. Knowing the waffle should of been free. Just a headache on Monday I didn’t need.
