We celebrated my brother in laws birthday at The Cheesecake Factory in Columbia, and our server Esther V made the whole night soooo sweet .
Esther was phenomenal from start to finish!!! She was moved sections in the middle of her shift yet still killing it ! She knew so much about the menu, incredibly attentive, genuinely sweet, and a great multitasker especially with two sections. She kept our drinks refilled, checked in at the perfect times, and made sure everyone at our table had exactly what they needed.
The highlight was when she brought out a birthday dessert and sang Happy Birthday to my brother in law TJ. 🙂

We went just before snow storm and the place was packed. There was no wait time. After we were seated, our server VAL came and apologized for the delay. The order was taken and came as we asked.
Clean bathrooms.
Extra 5 stars for VAL for her politeness, courteous and service. TCCF is lucky to have such good employees. Everyone in my group loved her.

Our table ordered grilled crusted salmon, grilled salmon, fettuccine Alfred. All of the dishes were absolutely incredible. The bread brought to the table is unbelievable, and of course cheesecake wow.
The ambience was perfect for four friends to get together and enjoy a meal.
Our server Esther was absolutely fantastic. Friendly, knowledgeable, and was very helpful with questions and suggestions from the menu. Thank you Esther.

I really enjoy the bustling nature of a Cheesecake Factory restaurant. We were seated right away despiye the busy lunch time hour. Score! The server was on top of it all despite the number of tables she had. The comp bread came hot and fast along with our drinks. I ordered from the Skinnylicious menu and had zero regrets. You must try their asian chicken lettuce wrap “tacos.” 3 per oder. I odered them twice and brought the one survivor home. It didn’t last long plus it traveled well on the long ride home. Husband got a taste and agreed they were as flavorful as I had said. One drawback has nothing to do with the food or service. I just don’t understand how a large restaurant has so few bathroom stalls, but notoriously serves the largest portions you can imagine. Terrible decision TCF!

The Cheesecake Factory had some of the most delicious food my family and I had ever tasted. My daughter loves their “bacon bacon cheeseburger”. The service here was wonderful as well. Our server was so kind and always made sure we were comfortable. We told her we were here for report cards and that both of my daughters got straight A’s, and she gave us a beautiful cake, the picture is below.

We came for Sunday brunch. Cheesecake opens bright and early at 10am. We were immediately greeted and seated. A thoughtful gentleman at the front held the door for us because I had a stroller. My husband got a couple espresso martinis, and I got their iced mango smoothie. Both were phenomenal.
In terms of food my husband got chicken and waffles. They were okay, nothing to ride home about. I was pondering pancakes or French toast. I noticed the French toast was made with French bread though… (the bread they give complimentary). So that turned me away. Our waitress recommend the kids French toast as it’s regular brioche bread. She was able to tell the chef to jazz it up with some fruit and powdered sugar. It was delicious. It came with bacon and I added a side of the home fries.
Our service was fast, the food was warm/fresh, and the atmosphere was very chill for a Sunday morning. Every fall we come for brunch while my hubby does the football draft. We will definitely be back.

I’ve been to several Cheesecake Factory locations, but this one was by far the worst. First, our drinks were almost entirely ice with barely any soda. Our server was rarely present throughout the meal. We ordered one mac and cheese burger and one Pad Thai pasta. While the flavor of the pasta was good, it had several pieces of undercooked pasta that ruined the meal. I did eat some of it because our server was barely around, but we did eventually let them know about the undercooked pasta but by that point, however, it was too late. The chewy, unpleasant texture made it difficult to enjoy. Overall, the food needs to be cooked properly, and servers should be more attentive, as ours was hardly present.

The waitress’ attention was very good, kind and attentive, however the time that passed between the moment of ordering and when the food was brought to us was too much (an hour passed) my dish was delicious although it was already very rested and a little cold. My daughter’s meat was of a very small size (and we didn’t order it from the children’s menu), almost half the size of the image that appears on the menu, she was left hungry, it was a little disappointing, I hope they consider portions correctly.
