Pizzas are very over cooked! ( even had one with a black bottom ) Toppings are skimpy and sloppy. Customer service is awful. I’ve had experiences like this atleast 3 times in the past year, I kept hoping “next time it’ll be better” but it continues to go downhill. I’m not sure what has changed but I wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business in the near future. The picture attached is of the last pizzas I’ll ever order from there, half is literally ZERO cheese!! How the heck was this not noticed when putting on the mushrooms? Complete fail!! I called to complain but they hung up and I called 9 more times over the course of hour but nobody answered so I got jipped big-time. Hugely disappointed!

First, they don’t have crushed red pepper or parmesan cheese, when I asked. He said they stopped that over 2 years ago. My pizza was well over done! I told the cashier I wanted a new pizza. He got the manager and she said the pizzas always look like this. I said that not true. I’ve been going to other domino locations for years. She did offer to make another pizza and take it out sooner but I didnt trust her since she made it seem like there was nothing wrong with my pizza. They did refund me. I will never go back!

Spent over 50$ just to have literal piles of mush delivered. Every single item was absolutely wrecked, didn’t even look like pizza, didn’t even function like pizza. Could have been a happy night but instead is a pile of mush night. Ow, this one hurt my feelings. The Quality Captain really let me down here. I’m not mad, I’m just disappointed.

As much as I try not to order from here I believe that sometimes a bad store can have a turn around. I hate complaining especially having experience in food. This time I had enough the toppings weren’t even let alone double as we ordered such as 2x mushrooms 2x spinach and chicken. The cheese was more in the middle of the pizza, hardly any chicken only a few crumbs and the spinach and mushrooms were very scarce and more on a few pieces of pizza than the whole pie. When I said I was going to reject the order because it was not correct and that every time I order from here it’s wrong. I was met with judgement and excuses that I was being rude and they had new people. Not a sorry for your frustrations or let me make this right. I was being given the order than taken back because since I was getting the pizza remade they didn’t feel the need to compensate for their mistakes or for me having to wait another 20 min when my order was placed for 915 pm pick up. When asked for names I wasn’t allowed to have the cashier or the shift managers name that corporate doesn’t allow them to give out their names. It’s poor food and poor service I wish Sheboygan had another dominos so I wouldn’t have to come here. If it’s an on going mistake you should remake and give some kind of compensation and not busted the customer for being rude when it’s an on going issue with staffing issues and training check your pizzas before leaving just saying

Decided to get a delivery at this Domino’s and it turned out pretty good if you ask me. Can’t comment on the building and most of the service given it was a takeout but the delivery service I git was quick and friendly! The food was very good. Got some wings, cheese bread, a pizza and some chocolate cake all of which were very good and tasty! My only complaint is the price but aside from that? Everything else was good about this Domino’s if you ask me!

So RUDE!! PIZZA WAS NOT MADE RIGHT CALLED AND THEY SAY THEY WILL MAKE ME ANOTHER PIZZA IN 30 minutes. WAITED 30 MINUTES PIZZA HASNT BEEN IN OVEN YET! WHEN I WAS EXPLAINING TO NICK ABOUT MISTAKE ON PHONE HE WAS GO NONCHALANT ABOUT IT ,NICK SAID NOT TO BRING OTHER PIZZA THEN WHEN I GET THERE HE SAID I NEEDED AND. THEN I PROCEED TO ASK FOR REFUND HE STATED YELLING ANS CUSING AT ME VERY DISRESPECTFUL. THEN TELLS ME I CANT GET A REFUND ON MY PIZZA. I WILL NOT EVER ODER FROM HERE AGAIN!!
