Myself and my adult children have ordered from this location on numerous occasions. Each time the flavor is on point, however each time our wings have been overcooked making them hard and difficult to eat. Most recently last night my husband purchased a large order of different flavored wings. Each container of wings were overcooked. I was extremely disappointed as I always ask with the Woodforest location. The wings are nearly inedible. It’s nothing like the location on Wallisville Rd.

This place is by far THE WORST wingstop establishment there is. I placed an order and the night supervisor or whatever he was, should not be working in retail/customer service. He was rude, and displayed utter ignorance towards the customers. Why he works there I’m not sure because he failed miserably at counting. This store charged me for 7 wing orders but only gave me 6. I called twice, he placed me on hold and then hung up on me (intentionally). The 3rd time I called he placed me on hold and when he came back to the phone he proceeded to argue with me that he was right in that he counted all orders. I had absolutely no reason to steal a wing dinner from this place, but i know for a fact that I only had 6 orders in my bag when I got home and was charged for 7. He told me there was no managers’ name that he could give and that corporate would have to handle my issue. I called corporate and sent 2 emails to corporate with no response. Basically this Wingstop robbed me of my money. DO NOT….PURCHASE FOOD FROM here. And if you do, be sure to triple check your food because some of the employees skated past their interview and fooled the HR department as if they were capable of working in customer service.

I wish I could be making this up. I get 2 10 pieces. The 10 piece hot. Yea he first wing I pick up. Has a hair on it. Not a big deal I pick off the hair. I pick the very first fry and there is a hair in the fries too. Man and they excuse is that they all have there hair up.

My experience today was very poor. I ordered a 8 piece and I only received 6 pieces. Maybe the staff is taking the food home. I also emailed them but trust and believe that was the last time I will patronize this establishment.

Ordered food from here online, I had no problems with getting my food on time but what I found in my fries was a whole other story. What appears to have been some kind of insect that was fried along the French fries.
