Wilda’s has awesome food. I had a Roasted garlic dog – pickled onions, roast garlic, bleu cheese, and a huge broiled polish sausage and a bun to die for. Also a huge falafel pita sandwich cabbage, red onions, cukes nestled in naan. Fricken awesome dressing were both huge and tasty. My wife had a Wilda’s dog with cheddar, bacon, and grilled onions. The total, with a side of fries, ran $33. Good value for great food and generous servings. Also good ambience. Nice art and music.

The serving sizes are very good. But Buddha bowls are served in tall paper to-go boxes that are hard to mix and eat out of. The Buddha bowls are just average tasting. Needs more flavour. The fries were good though.

Pretty good, actually. My first time there. Redding has a lot to offer in regards to food compared to where I live, so it’s like a kid in a candy store – all the restaurants there. My friend chose Wilda’s as a favorite of theirs and I can see why. They have a limited menu but what they do, they do well. I ate the falafels out of it first. They were yummy (sorry it’s not a prettier picture).

Spicy tofu bowl is 10/10, highly recommended. This is a wonderful combination of zesty, crunchy, and spicy from the veggies and the tofu, beans, and rice provide a well seasoned and warm base with a contrasting soft texture. Portion is generous and filling too. If you have never had tofu before or tofu that has not been fried, this is a great place to try it. Micro greens and cucumbers are my preferred additions and getting the sauce layered helps ensure an even coating.

Great place to have lunch. They offer dinning inside in the cool or outside dining in the shade in two covered patio, or breezeway. Clean, with speedy freindly service. 1 Make your order. 2 Leave your name, and 3 they bring it to you when it’s done. Hot and tasty.

They have the best Buddha bowl I’ve had in the US. It’s easily my number one go-to (vegetarian) meal in town. They also have the best hot dogs in town, if that’s what your in the mood for.

I had the chicken Budda bowl, it was okay. At the end of the meal I felt like I had eaten a healthy meal, but to be honest I think I ate too much salad dressing for it to be healthy. The ingredients are layered, and the bowl is full, so it’s hard to mix, so the first few bites are all cabbage.

Amazing, able to get vegetarian options on a road trip. Some of best falafel I’ve ever had. Wife’s Buddha bowl was enough for two people. Outstanding place

Buddha bowl with extra of both sauces, extra avocado, extra jalapeno, extra chicken. It’s perfect. Get it in the to-go container instead of the Asian box so it all fits. Eat it. You’re welcome.

We both found our meal difficult to eat. The so-called “Asian sauce” just tasted like thousand island dressing and ruined the meal. We ended up throwing most of it away, sadly.
