Ordered my pizza over an hour ago still haven’t received it yet I got email 30 minutes ago saying it was on its way I had to call the store and it hasn’t even left the place yet. They said it’s on it’s way now. Just got my order and everything looks disgusting pizza not cut right been sitting for long time even. Cheesy bread wasn’t done right either this is worst experience I’ve ever had with them. Had to put foil in bottom of my pizza box was so much grease from sitting so long.

Placed an order for delivery and was given a 30 minute time. Over an hour later called to check on status. Was told they had no Door Dash drivers to deliver it (had no idea it was door dash, as I ordered directly from the store). Was told I could come pick it up myself, which I did. The food was cold and had been sitting on the shelf for over 90 minutes. No fresh food made. No refund given for the either the delivery fee or driver tip which I had made already with my credit card. Not even an attempt at an apology. Were they just going to have someone eventually deliver 3 hour old ice cold pizzas to me? Will never patronize again. I can understand a lack of drivers – it happens. But the rest is totally unacceptable.

I just recently started ordering from this restaurant again this is my 2nd order in 2 months. Ok yeah I get it the weather isn’t the best so it’ll take a bit longer to get my food to me but I watched an tracked the door dash driver “Angela” ( I ordered on the marcos pizza app btw) go to mega mart and wait for a few minutes and then stop at someone else’s house (im assuming to drop off what ever he picked up at mega mart) after picking up my pizza from marcos then as he finished his delivery obviously on another app at someone else’s drop off he yes he and not Angela pressed that he picked up my order from someone’s house so the on the way timer starts from there
Tldr ordered from marcos app , door dash driver picks up my food and does a whole different pick up and drop off then drops my food off then when I called the store I got attitude from the female on the phone she was impatient and rude

So far as many times that I have gone. I have had great experiences. Even though it is usually a 25-30 minute wait, my pizza is never wrong, and always taste delicious. I had a door dasher steal my pizza after they closed and they had no problem making me a new pizza! Forever grateful!

I live walking distance from store. I am single so less expensive than getting ingredients and cooking for myself. I am always pleased with food and service. I have issue with green peppers. I love the flavor but they do not like me. I requested they place 1 or 2 pieces on top of bowl so flavor marinates and I can remove them. Subs, pizza great. Thank you for your service.

Did take-out and the pizzas were ready, hot, and the toppings were plentiful. I didn’t realized it was BOGO Tuesday. The counter person made it right and gave me a refund. I was very happy with her effort to make me a happy customer. Thank you!

The level of incompetence I dealt with here is truly mind boggling. I ordered delivery directly through Marcos website. When the order arrived (through DoorDash) I received 1 of the 5 items I ordered. After calling the store 5 times and being on hold for 20 minutes they said the only way to get my order was to come pick it up myself. Once I arrived, they didn’t take off my delivery fee or offer a discount, basically told me “sorry for your luck” and kicked me out the door. Extremely rude people working at this location and I strongly recommend ordering pizza from anywhere besides this Marcos. The workers are horrible and the food is bad.

It is the only Marco’s pizza near me since they closed the one in Lakewood. This Marco’s Pizza is close to my home…..let just say the area it is in is not safe! The last time I ordered from here two guys were outside selling drugs. Then I take my pizza to my car and find out it was made wrong. So now I have to wait another 20 minutes to recieve my correct pizza. Which now puts me at 45 minutes to get a simple pie.

Ordered for delivery 2 different bowls and 2 different chicken wings and got 1 so-called bowl, which was a joke, nothing like the advertisement and everything was cold also got a medium pizza I didn’t Order and the wings are the tiniest I have seen and again I am maybe 6 minutes from them and everything was cold SMH. I’m totally disappointed in the service. I have ordered before, and this is the worst. The picture is the so-called bowl.
