I was shocked today when I walked in hoping to get a cup of water for my dog because we were out for a long walk. The cashier said they couldn’t give me a cup of water unless I ordered something. I know the cashier didn’t make that policy, but it seems ridiculous. I didn’t challenge him though. I’m not familiar with Starbucks so I asked if they had something called a refresher because I thought I’d heard that term before. The cashier just stared at me. I said I was trying to find it on the menu, and again there was no response or help from him. I did end up finding it and ordered a flavored lemonade. I asked for the smallest size they had. It was $5.30 for a few ounces lemonade with a flavored syrup, and the cup was mostly ice. I know the employees don’t set the prices, but holy heck. What a poor establishment.

I haven’t been to Starbucks in a long time, but I went to buy coffee today and encountered a woman with an extremely rude attitude! She had a sour face the whole time! Judging from the name on her clothes, it seemed to maribeth!

Quickest way to get your order if busy time of day is to do a mobile order for pickup, park street parking between Starbucks and Wendy’s and walk-in to pick up.
Pros: lots of seating, air-conditioning works well, employees hard at work, clean bathroom

The music here is so loud and annoying and in the morning no less. Impossible to sit and relax with a friend or do a little work on a laptop. The coffee and service was great but the music was a dealbreaker.

Please don’t do this again. Whatever is below the edge of the cup was on my work clothes and all over my car. Went there for good morning coffee, ended up ruinning the whole morning and coming late to work because of some inconsiderate barista filled the leaky cup all the way to the top at the drive-through
