Order takeout for my 30-minute lunch break. I got back to work and in the break room to see that they pretty much only gave me one serving of orange chicken and the other serving area has broccoli from my half-and-half side. Bummed because this was to be my lunch and dinner yet I am missing half of my entree… I understand that they were busy and I placed my order a half an hour before I went to pick it up so they would have time. I don’t have time to go back, but I will definitely be checking my orders while I’m there in the future.

I paid for a plate and paid extra for Black Pepper Beef. I ordered online and picked up in store. Upon my return to work, I noticed they only gave Beijing Beef. I paid extra for the black pepper beef, and I am thinking they did not have any available at the time of my order? Either way, this is not an acceptable substitution and I paid more for an item I did not receive. Avoid ordering online at this location to prevent fraud. I called the store multiple times for a resolution and no one will answer the phone. I cannot return to the store due to my limited time off work. An email has sent to corporate and review may change based on their response.

Food was okay i mostly received left over chow mein that mostly consisted of cabbage and the fried rice was over cooked i never usually have a bad experience here. Lastly my fortune wasn’t cooked or stale i spit it out so fast are y’all trying to poison people?? Have eaten at this place for many years and i had never experience something so disappointing.
I had ordered a plate with half rice and half choimei 1 side of orange chicken and 1 of beef broccoli and a bottle of water. The total came out $13.15 I gave 30 (yes I know it was to much and that was my bad) but anyways I gave the money and the lady just gave me $1 for change. I specifically told her that she had given me the wrong amount of change and she proceeded to say no you gave me $15 i decided to not fight and sit down. When she then came asking if she wanted her to ask manager to check the cameras i agree and waited. When the manager checked he came back saying that I only payed 20 and that everything is fine. I went back to sit down angry and while I ate I take a look at the recipe which is not the same as my order.
In conclusion I didn’t receive my right change and the lady attending most likely took the rest for her or didn’t read it right. I get it can very busy but i beg that they pay more attention.

Today is 10/17/25 6pm DINNER TIME… NOT… my chicken was so over cooked and and man the sauce was so thick it made the chicken worse. You think more sauce makes it better? Not on this plate… who screwed up orange chicken wow. Its always something with this location its will. Ot be returning

Usually a busy place but this time it was almost empty and there was no wait so maybe inflation/ high prices have limited their business. Friendly staff. Food tasted fine. Restaurant was clean. Wanted to use their bathroom but they are locked and apparantly you need a code to enter and there were no instructions how to obtain a code or how to access their bathrooms.

Everything was great. Expectations should be set at a fast food level. I enjoyed taking my time and sitting down to eat. The food was tasty and the staff were pleasant to deal with.

Food was great. I called in my order on July 16, 2025. I went in for my order and filled my cup with ice and water. By the time I drove home my ice had melted. I live in Las Vegas NM. Long story short. I found a small piece of glass in my cup. I thought it was a small piece of ice. But after I pulled it out. Yes, it was a piece of glass.
You might want to clean out your ice machine and replace the ice.
