Update: Our new delivery driver was extremely rude and refused to get out of the car and give us the order. After all this we got horrible service. We will never order from this location again.
I made an order for 7pm and got a call at around 4:45pm that the delivery man was there. I then explained to the delivery man no one is home and they had delivered at the wrong time. I then called the store to make sure the order was coming at 7pm, the correct time. She assured me she put “plan ahead” on the delivery and it was set. 7 pm rolls around and no pizza… I called again to see about my order and whoever I had spoken too never rescheduled it to the correct time. I am pregnant and working late as a teacher so I was very upset by this. I did everything I could to prevent any miscommunication and yet I still had no dinner. I am extremely disappointed with this location.

We always order original crust. The last 2 pizzas we got had some weird crust that was flat but it was not a flat crust. Like the dough didn’t rise or they made a flat bread pizza but skrimped on ingredients. Prior to our last 2 pizzas, I would have given this location a solid 5 stars. Next time my wife asks for papa johns, I’m going to try a different location. Also, they allowed a door dasher to take 2 multiple pizza orders (like 8 total) with NO pizza bags. Just riding on the seat in his roach infested Altima. Definitely would not order delivery from here, they are failing the brand. Order papa johns and get some little ceasars type pizza. Also the app said my pizza was done when they hadn’t even made it yet.

papa john’s is definitely my preferred pizza chain, but doordash is destroying their business! every time i get delivery that a doordasher brings to me, it’s cold, takes 30 minutes to get to me (i live 10 minutes from the store), or as of today STOLEN! i never got my food, no updates, no phone call or anything. i had to call them, and now im waiting another hour for my food. service is tanking with the doordash partnership. sad to say, but this is my last time ordering for sure. i hope the business takes another direction soon before they deminish ♀️

Ordered at 8:15, was supposed to be delivered for 9:15, wasn’t delivered until 9:38pm.
There’s a few problems with this.
I ordered through the app and door dash delivered my order. It’s only 5 min away from my house no reason it should take 1.5 hrs to deliver.
Secondly, I believe the worker didn’t do his job. I had to call at 9:25 to find out what is going on and why it wasn’t even on the way.
Within a few minutes of being on the phone my pizza was now set for delivery.
Lastly, pizza arrived nice and COLD. Terrible service.
Needless to say, I will not be ordering here again.

Ordered a meats pizza and 2 orders of wings extra crispy. They were at my door within 20 minutes with a cold, flat, tired, chewy crust pizza that seemed like it was frozen section of a cheap grocery store. NOTHING like the Papa John’s I know. The wings were NOT crispy but my husband liked his so thats the ONLY thing I didnt get a full refund for! One of my wings literally felt cool to the touch and had ro be reheated to be edible! I order through Grubhub and they immediately processed a refund for that horrid pizza and 1 order of the wings. That mess should’ve been given away for free! We will NEVER do Papa John’s again! We will stick with Marcos. If I pay $20 for a dam medium pizza I expect excellent quality. The other comments are validated. This place needs to close down!!!

Papa John’s has the best pizza and wings around! Plus, they always have coupons, so you can save money and enjoy their yummy food. I’m not really a pizza person, but since I first ordered from PJ, I can’t get enough of their stuffed-crust pizza. Thanks, Papa John’s, for turning me into a pizza fan!

TLDR: we made a mistake somehow ordering a pizza with no sauce via app, pretty much all dough, very bubbled. The manager was short, unacomodating, stating it was an easily caught mistake, but it was rather obscure on the app. And we’re out $33 for an inedible pizza.

We ordered via the app, stuffed crust, half pepperoni, half cheese. Never noticed any sauce options, didn’t click the ‘view details’, or anything. Somehow the pizza came through as no sauce. Again in order review, even viewing that it came through no sauce was embedded under another ‘view details’, so not very visible. We get the pizza and it’s VERY bubbled. At this point we still didn’t realize it had no sauce. We call the store hoping for a remake due to the bubbles, and the manager Theresa says the cause of them was the no sauce.
Us: “what do you mean it has no sauce?”
As soon as she realized we (somehow) made a mistake she refused to play ball on any refund or remake since us selecting no sauce was an error on our end, and they made it as ordered. She offered an additional pizza how originally intended at half off, but we already spent $33 after tip on one pizza (which was pretty much inedible by virtue of being gross), and couldn’t justify spending even more on another. She claimed we had 3 separate places we should have caught the error, but when we went back to see if we could find said places, we discovered the options embedded under those ‘view details’ drop-downs mentioned above. Not very noticeable if not looking for it.
She was very short with us, and unaccomodating to a simple mistake (that we didn’t even know we made). They sent us a pizza that was half dough, and pretty much said too bad.

Why do they never add the topping to the crust line? You can literally see the dent where the crust is suppose to start, pizza is half crust, oh and ofc their BBQ wings with no BBQ sauce, waste of money
