We went there on a Tuesday around 5:30. Only customers there. Two very pleasant clerks that took our order and dished as we watched. All hard/scoop ice cream. No soft serve. My husband had rainbow sherbert in a waffle cone. Size small, but it’s huge. Sorry photo after eating was underway. He liked it a lot. Mine was chocolate n waffle cone. Good flavor. No surprises. My granddaughter had birthday cake and hated it. We all passed it around the car and nobody could do it. Literally taste like birthday cake icing. Only place I want that is on a cake. Lol. Would be helpful if they’d suggest tasting some of the flavors before ordering. Something we should have done. Our fault, but beware: taste it first.

One thing I hate is when a business says they’re open until a certain time and you get there and the door is locked. Employees in there but not even an explanation to why they closed early.
In this case their business hours are posted. They’re open until 8 PM, my daughter just wanted a quick ice cream from there and we get there at 7:42 and they’re closed. If you’re only gonna be open till 745 or 730 then just put that on your hours and on your website and wherever else they’re posted don’t state your open until 8 o’clock and then close early.
And yes I’m a restaurant owner myself.

They are friendly but really slow. There are several tables and chairs and they are mostly full of people but no one is eating ice cream. Not a single person! Everyone is waiting for their order and no one has made it. Probably need more training? Give them a try as they appear locally owned.

Upon arrival the ladies in there looked at my husband and I as if we had no business being in an ice cream store and rushed us so I ordered one scoop Carmel Combustion.. tasted like maple syrup told them it wasn’t good.. that wasn’t there problem so I threw it away right there..hubs got a milkshake they asked if he wanted whip cream and a cherry he said yes.. then they came out and said they are fresh out and ‍♀️.. I loved the building and wall art but the atmosphere wasn’t friendly at all prices were a bit steep too!
