We asked for a stuffed crust pizza the crust took over the entire pizza nearly and it was frustrating because it just looks like it was thrown together and it’s never looked like this before. Do not eat here please until they fix this issue.

We ordered from Montgomery IL, online order. Our order was never delivered. Or correspondence about the order. After about an hr and a half, I’ve given up!! When I called for info. they told me that my order was canceled because of unknown reasons. Delivery said 25 minutes. No delivery, i went with Dominos.

Multiple times have messed up my order and I’ve had to go back in. This time I ordered a dinner box. They told me they were out of the dinner box, but this would do. By the looks of it , and by the pizza being cold, I think they accidentally made a medium pizza and improvised it off to me.
Had to go back in to get my extra garlic sauce, and they commented they knew my order was correct, so they didn’t know why I was coming back.
They have a sign on the side of the register that says talk to a manager if your receipt isn’t signed for quality control ( or something to that degree) wish I would’ve went back in as my order was rough. Will likely look elsewhere rather than go to this one again

BUYER BEWARE.. if you order from here, pay attention to your credit card statement afterward. I placed a carryout order from here online in June and the credit card charge was revised to add a few extra dollars to the bill days later, as if someone added themselves an unauthorized tip. I figured I’d try it again this week, and sure enough, same thing happened. When I placed the order it came through on the credit card for $35.47. A few days later, the charge now posted on my credit card is for $39.01. This is fraud. I submitted feedback to them before and was assured this would be addressed and I would receive a credit (never did). Since that didn’t work, I figured I better warn others.

They are kinda nasty to me. I noticed when ordering my food they gentleman didn’t have on gloves. So I asked the guy taking my order will they wear gloves when fixing my food? His response was since the stove temperature is so hot germs won’t matter. I said I would never eat here again. Not wearing gloves is so disgusting

They cut my pizza in the most insane way. I’ve never received a pizza mangled like this from anywhere. On top of that my other pizza was sitting in a pool of grease and the breadsticks were bone dry.

Ordered the new flatbread pizza and the name is perfect bc when my order arrived all of the boxes were smashed to the point the pizza was falling out of it. The taste was ok I didn’t get any flavor from the hot chicken pizza. Honestly the wings were the best part! Garlic Parmesan sauce with the wings was good. Didn’t rate the atmosphere as I ordered delivery. My cats loved the smashed up boxes. They wanted me to say thanks for that

Well, since they booted the two guys who were always there doing all of the work, the next 4-5 person staff cannot seem to make the pizzas right. They do not know one crust from the other, they do not get the ingredients right. Seems they’re just giving you what they feel like making and not what you order. The first time I let it slide, the second time the screw up was so bad that i had to report it, not in a rude way, and didn’t feel it was worth responding or making right. No wonder Pizza Hut is going extinct. Let me know why you hire those two guys back and the rest of you go work at McD.

This place is run by teenagers who don’t follow sanitary practices. We didn’t see a single employee wear gloves when handling food.
They made us wait 45 minutes for our order after we showed up at the pickup time. And our pizza still ended up being undercooked. The dough was still raw on the top.
Our experience at this restaurant completely turned us off. We won’t be having Pizza Hut again for a long time, perhaps ever.

Pizza was made wrong with zero sauce when asked for light sauce. The crust was paper thin and soggy greasy and wet. see photos. The slice we tried got us sick as you can see in the photo. Called immedietly for a refund was told I would have to call back the following day to speak to “the manager” for a refund. That all she was trained to do is make pizzas wrong and give store credit… So called back next day and the manager did not care. He was extremely ignorant with zero customer service skills. Currently taking care of this manager and the stores incompetence another way. AVOID HERE.
