I always come here but today was definitely an experience the young lady named Zy was literally running back and forth between drive and making drinks. While I saw management walking around her. Like this is why people quit because lack of leadership and help. I commended her on her excellent service and dedication. While management is no where to help the young woman excelled.

Doughnuts were terrible. Didn’t taste good like they used to. Out of small milk and the place was like walking into a freezer. Person waiting on us was nice.

Waited 30 minutes for three breakfast sandwiches. They forgot one of the sandwiches, and then the sandwiches were cold. Tater tots were greasy. Terrible experience. Go to Wendy’s, don’t bother stopping here.

So when you place a mobile order and they are busy, they get your food ready and let it sit there while they want you to get in the line of people and tell them you are here to make your coffee. It doesn’t say this anywhere in the app. What’s the point of doing a mobile order ahead of time??

Extremely friendly workers! Great atmosphere, very clean and spacious. Ordered coffees and donuts and they were absolutely wonderful. So excited to now have a Dunkin Donuts in New Iberia! Just as a reminder: this place just opened so please give some grace to the workers for any errors, it is new for them as well!

We have been here 5 times in the month that they’ve been opened and have yet to be able to buy donuts. It’s a 24 hour location that never has anything made once they sell out because their baker only works at night. they either never have dough in their deliveries or they just run out of dough. This came straight from the workers mouths and we were told to try going super early (like 4 am) to try and get some and that’s not an option for us. But again, a 24 hour location.

I’m so glad they opened a Dunkin’ in our area! The staff is always so kind and welcoming, which makes every visit enjoyable. The prices are reasonable, and the coffee and breakfast items are great. While I’m not a huge fan of their donuts, the drinks and food make it a go-to spot for me. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area!

No donuts. Really, sold out a couple of hours before. Asked how long to make some, she said a couple of hours , well they missed a sell and now no repeat customer. We wanted to try the mango fruit drink advertised. Well I wanted low or no ice snd just mango. She said she had to put a certain amount of ice and tea or lemonade. I do not drink lemonade and tea at 7:00pm. No way. If could put no stars that is what I would put. My sister said, a big truck stop, huge sign for donuts and none, “I don’t like them already. “

Great friendly people, breakfast was good and love the drinks. Morning is very busy but understandable because it a morning place people want to get coffee and doughnuts. My favorite rings are the double chocolate and the coconut. Great job Dunkin loved that you came to New Iberia not only for the business but to help put people to work.
