This was my first time trying this place. Walking in, everything was fine. We weren’t greeted by anyone in the establishment. Me and my two friends went over to the bar, still no greeting. We stood there for about 5-6 minutes before we received any acknowledgment. Finally one of the bartenders greeted us and he was very nice!! We weren’t huge fans of the drink that he recommended for us but we paid for it and thanked him anyway .
Once we left the bar, we found an empty seat to sit at to drink our cocktails. After a little while, we decided that we wanted to get some food. I had no clue how the food ordering process went. I saw a lady walking to and from a few tables with menus but we couldn’t catch her attention so we just went to the counter to place the order. I ordered Apple Crisp and the cheddar biscuits and my friend ordered the mozzarella sticks. It literally took a hour for us to get our food… at this time it wasn’t super busy and I hardly saw anyone ordering food. When the food finally came out, it was bagged up for to-go…. Not a huge deal. My problem came in when I opened my food box. I was immediately annoyed. The “Apple Crisp” was just APPLE PIE… it wasn’t even served with ice cream like the menu said…. The Apple pie was good, but it was not what I wanted. The cheddar biscuits weren’t even biscuits…. They were more like bread balls or hush puppies. At that point I was just ready to go… not the best experience but not the worst either. I just wasn’t satisfied with my experience.

Literally no one in the dining area so why has no one greeted me or served me yet. All these white waitresses never looked twice at my black self. Won’t be back. Won’t beg you to serve me or take my money or business. Please black people don’t eat here.

Where do I begin , the reviews are deceitful. When you come in you have to seat your self . Then we starting playing pool because we were just sitting there an no one even looked our way. I decided to get up and get some menus and then I noticed a waitress was not coming so I went up to the bar to order the food in oh my goodness. Was this Lady so rude I believe she had short dyed hair. I want to say it was orange but I can’t really remember But this lady was so rude. I should have just left then but we were so hungry. I ordered my food. I had to go to the bar to order my drinks. now I will say their daiquiri was really good. I had the margarita daiquiri. We waited about another 45 minutes until my son went to the manager to see what was taking so long and it was clear once our food came out that it was just sitting there my nachos were cold as hell. Cheese was not even cheesy anymore. The steak on there was cold. Tomatoes were warm. It was just not a good experience at all. The mac & cheese was not my favorite but some may like it. The sweet teriyaki wings were OK and the shrimp was pretty good but my nachos were absolutely horrible. I will not try this restaurant again not just for the food but because the service was zero out of 10.

Most items on the menu are fresh and flavorful. Staff is friendly and helpful but service is little slow even when it’s not busy. Dive bar / family atmosphere. Good lunch spot with the kiddos or after work drinks with friends and the daiquiris are delicious.

Ive been a loyal patron for years. This has been one of my favorite lunch spots for a long time. In the last 2 months this place has totally gone to trash…. waited over an hour(it wasn’t busy) for an order of mushrooms… got tired of waiting asked for my food to go… most pathetic attempt at food I’ve ever seen. Used to be great, now its trash

Tiger Pas Grill & Daiquiris is a fantastic spot for a laid-back evening. With great food at good prices, you’ll enjoy a diverse menu that pleases any palate. The full bar offers a wide selection of drinks, perfect for any occasion. The service is awesome—friendly and attentive staff make sure your experience is memorable. The atmosphere is truly relaxing, with cozy seating and ambient lighting. For entertainment, there’s a pool table and a mini arcade, adding a fun twist to your visit. This place is ideal for a casual hangout or a delightful date night. Highly recommend!

This place has gone completely downhill. What used to be a great spot for good food, strong drinks, and good conversation is now the total opposite. I ordered wings and they came out undercooked and still bleeding. Even the waitress acknowledged they weren’t safe to eat.
When the general manager came out, instead of fixing the issue, he gave some ridiculous speech about how they “don’t remake wings because people waste them.” That is not my problem — serving undercooked chicken is a health hazard. When a customer receives unsafe food, the only acceptable response is to correct the mistake.
I was then told the wings would not be remade and I could only get a refund or something else of equal value. I have never in my life heard of a restaurant refusing to correct their own mistake.
This place used to be one of my favorite spots, but under this new management and with this level of poor customer service, I will not be returning. They will never see another dollar from me. Do better.

We had a happy hour ahead of our 30th Class Reunion and Tiger Paw was a great venue! The daiquiris were tasty! We had a lot of fun!

UPDATE IN RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY: Yes, I went back & noticed something like $1.80 “discount” which was maybe 15% off a 100% ruined sandwich. I’m sorry I missed that, but that hardly makes up for ruining an entire meal or for the server not even caring enough to mention it to us as paying customers. I hope you treat future customers better or they’ll be like us – one and done.

Boiled crawfish were good but I was served a shrimp poboy with a completely burned bottom bun. No apologies, no offer to replace it, no discount given. I still have the taste of burned bread in my mouth. Service was friendly, but that doesn’t make the meal any better.
I honestly can’t believe the kitchen burned the bread and served it that way. Bread is cheap, quick to replace, and they wouldn’t have lost my business over simple bread.
At least my family members enjoyed their crawfish, but we won’t be back.
