I ordered the avocado crunch bowl and it was missing half of the ingredients. I contacted the store and they hung up after answering. I called three times before they finally answered, and they were unapologetic about the error. They suggested calling back another time because there was no manager, so they felt like there was “nothing they can do.” Honestly, not worth the headache going here again.

Super delicious, quick spot to grab a healthy meal. I was at a meeting on campus (Pyle Center, v close) and came here for lunch every day.

Love the automatic offer to have dressing on the side and also free bread 🙂

Friendly staff and the cashew bowl + add tofu was my go to. I also had the power bowl + add chicken. Yum I’m getting hungry.

I have been to this location several times in the past few years. I tend to go to other Forage Kitchens in the area mainly because the people who work here don’t always take care to notice what they are putting in the food. A couple of years ago, a guy who worked here cut my wrap while it was still wrapped in the tinfoil so I had bits of it in my food. That is definitely not okay nor edible! I complained but all I got was “I’m sorry” nothing to correct or better the problem.

Today I ordered a plate and this extremely long string like thing was attached to one of the green beans. I complained and was told it was a part of the green bean. Even so would you eat that?? Do not serve something to me that you would not eat. It literally looks like floss to me. I do not like that i have to be extremely vigilant about looking at my food to make sure it’s ok to eat

Please watch “Dominion” to learn about the truth. Veganism doesn’t exist for no reason, it is to get rid of the false assumption that other animals are here to be used by human animals, exploited, or disrespected to death. Non-vegan options shouldn’t exist (imagine your own body was the “non-vegan option”) when there is no survival situation we have no right to interfere in someone else’s life. The victims have to pay the price as long as we act blind. Be on the right side of history this time, help us address this number wise largest blind spot and injustice in the world. Offer a plant-based menu – everything is possible vegan that’s the sweet news, but never forget the victims, whom we owe this to, whom we never ever had the right to steal from to begin with. See them.

Fake healthy food. They cook all food and and all salad dressings have canola oil in it. While organic is great, they ruin it with toxic oils that are very unhealthy for people. Hopefully they choose to use refined coconut oil or steer away from canola, such a trash oil.

I love eating here. I’ve been here multiple times and I usually get the fiesta bowl. My favorite. It’s very filling and tastes great. You can also just build your own bowl if you want. The staff are always very nice and the interior has seating available. Highly recommend!

Delicious make your own salads. I’m happy I found this place because after several days of eating poorly on the road I wanted a good wholesome healthy meal. I got it here. Outdoor seating is available. Some add ons are not displayed like almonds. You have to ask. I also got the ginger lemonade, very good but I regret buying the locally made dark chocolate. The amount of chocolate was deceivingly small compared to the outrageous $6 price, which was not displayed. My mistake agreeing to the purchase nonetheless.

Terrible, I had to throw the whole bowl out. Coming from out of town, the Forage Kitchen in my city near me is nice, clean and friendly. This was the total opposite! THERE’S NO GRADE RATING posted and they act like they didn’t know what I was talking about (I should’ve known then), a smell hits when you walk in (again staff clueless), the atmosphere was blah, I should’ve just walked out. It’s already hard to eat as vegan , but now I know Madison, WI don’t got shit for me ew, 3rd trash place tonight and money wasted.

I had a lovely dinner at Forage Kitchen after a conference at the University of Wisconsin Madison! I was looking for a light and healthy dinner, so I got one of the Bowls on the menu – and I was pleasantly surprised to find every ingredient really flavorful and fresh.
Both the space inside the outside are cozy and clean, and the stuff was really delightful.
I absolutely recommend stopping here when in Madison.
