Just arrived after a seven hour day before Thanksgiving drive on 95-4 and 75 in Florida to Ft Myers. Granddaughter wanted Sushi so we did a quick search and found GinZa just 5 minutes away and all you can eat. Called to make sure they were opened and headed out. Arrived at 6:15pm and were seated at the moderately busy restaurant. First the welcome was warm and were seated right away. Our server was I believe Deon, but can’t be sure, either way he was outstanding. His first question was, have you visited us before? The key reason is you have so many choices to order from A-La-Cart to the $31.95 all you can eat. We took the All and ordered. In addition we also took several suggestions all of which were fresh and plentiful. Now normally I have pictures of the food when it arrives but we were hungry and the food looked so good that we dove in. Caught ourselves half way through so please know that is what you are seeing. Metso Soup was delicious, seaweed salad great, cucumber salad fantastic and that’s before the main servings. To know what we ordered please look at the receipt. Now were there any negatives? Sadly the Hot Tea was terrible and give it zero ⭐. Other than that… ENJOY YOUR 5 ⭐ EXPERIENCE! A nice surprise was one of the partners Kevin. He stopped by and was genuinely concerned and interested in our dining experience. We noted the positive attitude and atmosphere of the restaurant and people as well as everyone’s knowledge. The freshness of all the offerings as well as customer care makes this one of your must stop in when in the area. As your know from all our visits to establishments, anytime the manager or in this case part owner cares enough to ask it’s got to be a good place.

I visited for lunch for the first time today. After being seated, we waited about 20 minutes without being acknowledged or served. Thankfully, a very kind older server noticed we were still waiting and stepped in to help — I truly wish I had caught her name because she was wonderful.
Unfortunately, the overall service experience was disappointing. Other tables that were seated after us were attended to and served before we were.
As for the food, I would rate it a 6/10. It wasn’t bad, but it seemed to be lacking in quality and didn’t quite meet expectations.

“I took a leap of faith and tried GinZa Japanese Restaurant… and WOW! The all-you-can-eat option did NOT disappoint! Plenty of sushi and rolls to choose from, and the vegetable rice was ON POINT. Big shoutout to our waiter, Justin – super helpful and his recommendations were SPOT ON! Great food, would definitely go back “

Amazing experience at Ginza! Great rolls and a friendly team. Narron was an outstanding bartender — attentive, professional, and knows exactly what he’s doing.

First time visit… took quite a while to get a seat as expected for a walk in on a Friday 45min. Got seated order drinks (water). Looked at the menu, noticed that it said all you can eat at the top, this is not a buffet style restaraunt. So figured that everything was alacart. Ordered 2 waters, 1 sushi roll, the lady ordered noodles and steak bites. We ordered nothing more. Asked for a to go box from the server who was telling us that they normally charge for to go boxes… she walked away leaving us confused. Upon her returning she delivered the bill. $68… so we were charged for all you can eat… at this point we are already leaving. Realizing that we just got changed for the all you can eat. At this point, I wasnt going to escalate the situation. I just paid and we left. This all would have e been avoided had the waitress explained, the concept of the restaraunt upon seating us, we would have ordered different and had a much better experience. Instead, left feeling ripped off. Most expensive sushi roll ever. I will say it was excellent. I would be willing to try the place again under a different impression but I probably won’t as im already bitter that I felt misinformed and taken advantage of. If management wanted to reach out and try to make this right, I would be willing to change my rating. If not, I will sit on a 2. We will see if they even bother to respond…

This was a great experience. The waitress was very friendly and more than enough to go back for alone to be honest. The food was incredible, I am giving it 4/5 only because the wait was very long. Price was fantastic, the atmosphere was amazing. I was VERY pleased with my entire experience.

This place is all you can eat sushi/hibachi & we absolutely love it here! They definitely give you space when you’re eating so I would recommend ordering a few things so u don’t run out of food until they come back around to check on you. Great food! Great atmosphere! Friendly staff!
