My husband and I went to Texas Roadhouse in Lima Oh on Friday night February 13 for Valentines Day. They were super busy. We waited an hour and forty five minutes to be seated. There were so many waiting even after us. We were highly impressed with the entire staff! Everyone was happy, courteous, did not seem overwhelmed even though they were so so busy! Great staff and great management!

We stopped in after a day of shopping and it was fantastic. I got my go-to, which is the Portobello Mushroom Chicken. The gravy and mushrooms were delicious, and the chicken was cooked perfectly! The onion blossom was delicious and served hot! The Caesar salad was tossed with the right amount of dressing, and it was overall I great experience.

Our first set of rolls came without their famous butter, my mocktail was great but I wasn’t offered another or a water with my meal. I would have asked but our server must have been busy. To her credit she was friendly, but the staff playing rock, paper scissors inhibited my view in trying to flag her down. The salad was a smash: best thing about dinner! The second set of rolls were golden brown and came with the tummy butter, but our entries looked sloppy. You eat with your eyes first, and they were lukewarm. Not a good impression at all. I doubt I’ll go back to this location.

Wife had get hers grilled to order, but manager took care of and brought out quickly.
They were super busy for Saturday night, our wait was only 20 mins tks to advance reservation. Service really good, sides, bread drinks all good!

I haven’t been to TRH in awhile and was looking forward to a good meal. We had a party of 11 for 6pm seating. We didn’t get seated until 6:40pm. There were 4 baskets of rolls for 2 tables with 1 container of butter for us all to share. The batter on the blooming onion was way under cooked, raw and runny on the bottom. Our food took forever to come out, when it did, it was cold. Our waitress was absent most of the time. The only thing she kept up on was our drinks. We had to ask for things multiple times. One of the worst experiences I have had. Won’t be going back for awhile.

Ordered dinner on the app tonight and went and picked it up. The barbque ribs were very rough and chewy. We ordered a BOWL of chili and received 2 small partial containers. At least give customers what they pay for….if we wanted jerky we would have went elsewhere and ordered just that.

Here’s my problem. If I come to a steakhouse I expect you guys are going to make a steak better than I can make at home. And thay simply doesn’t happen here.
Its good. I will always order my food here Rare knowing it will come out Medium. And I’ve always had to add seasoning. Both things shouldn’t happen in my opinion.

Service was bad. After we ordered, our waitress did not come back to our table at all. Someone else brought out our food. Then we ordered bar drinks and saw there was a hair in the drink. I asked for a new drink, not a refund or anything and I was trying to be extremely nice and understanding as I’ve worked in a restaurant for 5 years now and I understand that there are mistakes. The manager however, Bre, refused to believe us. She called me a liar and was extremely rude. We will never return to this location and I hope there are better managers in the future to successfully solve customer problems.
