My family has loved the donut shop for 20+ years and was so worried to see it had new owners… I was worried it wouldn’t be as good, but the new owners have taken something great and made it into something incredible. The donuts are always fresh and delicious, and the owners are the kindest people around. They always greet us with the biggest smiles and brighten our day. Truly one of the best businesses in Lebanon!

The donuts are good, but I won’t waste my time to try them again. The “sold out” sign has been on the door as early as 9:00 am. If you own a donut shop that clearly has no problem selling donuts, and you want the business to continue, a suggestion would be to make more donuts for your customers to buy. Driving 20+ minutes to the store for it to be “closed” or “sold out” for the third time in 2 weeks. Our family will gladly find another family owned donut shop to frequent, luckily they aren’t too hard to come by these days.
Another point to add, this shop does not answer their phone! I have called many times, while people were working, and it always ends up at the voicemail. In the store, you are greeted warmly, however this business is too wishy washy to continue to give business to. Forever wishing it was ran the way it used to be.

Some of the doughnuts were very dry, according to my kids. The jelly donut however, was fully of jelly. Some of my corrections co-workers said they had changed in taste and flavor and I had to go find out for myself. They weren’t wrong. And WHO thought it was a smart idea to change the box? It’s way too small now to accommodate a dozen donuts, depending on shape and size and yeah… Please go back to the old boxes. Costs? Cutting corners? Not sure.

This has been my second time in since the new owners have been in. The first time earlier this week, I went in and got a dozen donuts, when I broke one of the powdered donuts open I discovered a pink liquid inside, upon calling to ask what it was I was told that they were not in fact regular powdered donuts but they were strawberry powdered donuts and that they were aware they were “a little doughy”. Two things. If you know they’re not done take them off the shelf and for two mark them as strawberry powder donuts. Second time in was today and there was only me and one other person in there and it’s been the same person both times, he seems very rushed to just throw the donuts in the box to get back to his phone. And if you trying to make small talk you can forget it the guy with the bleach blonde hair with the shaggy mullet whatever it is is not interested in anything except for throwing donuts in a box, asking for tips and getting back on his phone. Also, stop stacking the chocolate ice donuts on top of each other

Went in this morning and picked up 3 donuts and a coffee! The donuts tasted great. However, one was supposed to be custard filled and well it wasn’t… I waited a couple of bites but by the middle I was disappointed. The service was lovely! The Coffee and my other donuts were great! Im Sure this was just a mix up!

Love this place. They have the best doughnuts. But u have 2 get there early cuz they sell out fast. The lady that has curly hair and she is thin and short, always greets us with a smile. She is always super nice and sweet when we come in. This place is awesome and I would recommend it highly
