First visit to this location. Serving size for a bowl was less than the Cava I visit regularly.
Staff was friendly and moved us through checkout quickly.
The food was delicious and we enjoyed the unique options for drinks.

Clean pleasant experience, it was very busy but the staff seemed to handle it calmly. The only issue I had was some lady causing a commotion about pita chips she shoved her phone in some kids face and yelled about the wait but he very calmly told her they were almost done, I think his name was Emerson or something like that. Kaddince was very kind and very quick with making my bowl… overall very good food very clean store very rude lady.

I brought my 6 and 9 year olds in- trying to get them to eat healthier. Sheadyn was amazing and so patient with my kids, letting them sample the different toppings and sauces. She made it so much fun for them, and they loved their healthy pita!

Me and my family went to Cava for the first time yesterday. They seemed extremely busy but were trying their hardest to keep up. We ended up doing to go but the food was amazing. Big shout out to Janette and her team! We will be back.

We create a bowl with about everything, and it looks like a mess, but it is super delicious. We also tried the hard pita chips with sugar and cinnamon. We dipped them in honey, and it tasted just like a sopaipilla. Fresh food, good friendly service, and clean place to dine. Also love the healthy drinks options.

During my recent visit to CAVA in Edmond, I was genuinely impressed by the extraordinary experience they offered. From the moment I stepped in, the warmth and friendliness of the staff set a welcoming tone for what turned out to be a delightful lunch.
I opted for the ‘build your own bowl’ option, a choice I highly recommend. The sheer variety of fresh, quality ingredients allowed me to tailor the bowl exactly to my taste. Accompanying the bowl with their soft, flavorful pita bread was a decision I’ll never regret – it was a perfect companion to the meal.
But what truly stood out was their exceptional drink selection. Moving away from the typical Coke or Pepsi options, CAVA in Edmond offers a unique array of beverages. Their range of lemonades, in particular, was impressive and provided a refreshing twist to the meal.
The food itself was a symphony of flavors. Each bite was a testament to the care and expertise put into its preparation. The ingredients were fresh, the flavors well-balanced, and the overall quality of the meal was top-notch. It was so delicious that I completely forgot to take pictures – a rarity for a food enthusiast like myself!
In conclusion, CAVA in Edmond is more than just a restaurant; it’s a place where culinary excellence and warm hospitality meet to create an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, this is a spot you don’t want to miss.

One of my best dining experiences. When I came in John greeted me heartily and said he would be with me in a minute. I watched as he really put a lot of effort into the wrap he was making. It only took a minute and Eagan came and served me with a smile and got everything right. John thanked him sincerely. I was blessed by how the staff treated one another and the customers. Right on!!

Entered to grab an early lunch, and staff was really helpful with the process of ordering. I ordered a bowl with rice, lentils, braised lamb, falafel, hummus, tzaziki sauce, feta cheese, olives, cucumbers, pickled onions, and more.
Everything was fresh, flavorful, and healthy. I felt energized and had a plate leftover for dinner.
The dining room and kitchen was clean. Restrooms were clean. The drinks area was clean.

Ok, so my daughter said this is her favorite restaurant in OKC!!! We definitely had to go here!! It’s kinda like a walk-up and build your plate Chipotle style restaurant but for Mediterranean/Greek food. We LOVE Greek food!! So, of course, I said LET’S GO!!! We had a big group of people with us, and all the tables were not movable, so we had to take up more space than we needed to, and not all sat together. On to the food and the service. First off, if I wasn’t familiar with this style of restaurant, I would have been kinda confused, but we were able to navigate it ok. The service was OK. I think they could have helped explain everything a little better for all of us who hadn’t been there before. The Pita chips were awesome, and the Bowl I made was really good! My biggest complaint would be with the drinks. They had some weird sodas, and none of them were good. They also have a bunch of houses made drinks and not one of them was good!!! I mean, I wouldn’t give any of them to anyone I liked!!! They were all terrible!! It’s probably better of just sticking with the water. I really enjoyed the food tho!!
