Visited Dunkin’ Mentor Ave (near Johnnycake Ridge) and had a fun quick stop for coffee and donuts. The coffee was classic Dunkin’—smooth and reliable, perfect for a morning pick‑me‑up. I also grabbed a couple of donuts, and while they weren’t the freshest artisanal treats, they hit the spot with familiar flavors you expect from the brand.
The staff was friendly and the drive‑thru was quick, which is great when you’re on the go. Some items could be a bit more fresh or flavorful on a busy morning, but overall it’s a solid place for coffee and breakfast snacks in the area. 
Highly recommended for a casual coffee run or donut stop!

My main complaint is with their mobile app. Numerous times I have order items that aren’t actually available in the store I’m going to. They never give refunds so I either have to pick a different thing or they sometimes offer to come back a different day which is such a hassle for everyone in my opinion. This time I ordered munchkins for my dog as a treat. I ordered the blueberry glazed on the app and when I went to pick it up they never even had any that day. They tried to give me chocolate after I explained that it’s for my dog and he can’t have chocolate. I asked for a refund and all they could offer me was I could come back the next day or get a donut I didn’t want which cost less than what I paid for the munchkin order…

I used to love it here seriously, I’d go nearly every day. But I noticed in my refresher that there was mold floating in it. Hope they cleaned their taps since I called. They didn’t seem too worried about it.

Very hit and miss with the food. Sometimes its ok, but more often than not, it tastes stale. The flavored lattes never seem to have any flavor in them. They either taste like straight coffee or just milk. We go to Dunkin because its a convenient location, and usually fairly quick through the line, but the food quality has been going downhill.

Tasty drinks and donuts for a good price. Nothing fancy, but a nice staple for the U.S I’m happy to have tried. Also the staff when I went was very friendly!

Terrible. Waited in line for mobile order. Food, burnt. Drinks, gross. It wasn’t made as requested. Mornings, suck. Yeah, I understand Dunkin’ lines are always long. I get it. I come to Dunkin’ all e time, but this one is the first one I’ve been to where they completely close the dining and then now you have people that do online order and that have work. We use online for a reason, to not stand in the line or at least not have us wait 30min for coffee. Closing the dining is stupid. Why not open the dining to people that have online orders only. Do better.

Standard donuts, friendly staff, is in desperate need of a deep clean. Very dirty inside! If this is dining area I don’t even want to think about what the kitchen looks like. Chairs and table are very sticky. This was in the morning too.

I just wanted one cup of coffee. The lady in front of me had a large order and I seemed to not be a priority. What seemed to be a manager asked her staff to get my order and they walked around like I wasn’t here. Way too long of a wait for there to be no one in front of me.

Dunkin Donuts continually undercooks it’s bacon, and it’s a concern to me due to the parasites pork can contain. This piece of bacon was served to me at Dunkin, and the shape of the undercooked side of this bacon appears to be a parasite. Concerning!!! Staff should be cooking this meat more thoroughly.

I ordered a matcha latte with almond milk, and it was the best I’ve had in years the service was prompt and curtious, and I’d definitely venture out more if everyone ran their business in this manner.
