I went to Potbelly tonight, and the two girls who were at the cash register seriously lack customer service skills.
Aside from the fact that my order was significantly delayed, they didn’t know how to assist me properly. They were more interested in chatting with each other and having soup than in letting me know that there would be a delay with my order.
When I asked them to please explain why it was taking so long, the attitude they gave me was very disappointing. Then they turned around and whispered to each other.

We love Potbelly!!!! This location was a winner! Nicely made sandwiches filled with plenty of meat and cheese with all the toppings we ordered and wanted. We also enjoyed their chocolate milkshakes complete with a cookie that goes over the straw. Sandwiches and shakes were all beyond delicious. We also bought a jar of Potbelly peppers! Their peppers are amazing! They make any good sandwiches GREAT!!!! Employees were friendly and welcoming. Tables were clean as was the floor area. We would definitely highly recommend this Potbelly.

I needed to try their soups, got one Chili Mac, Chicken Pot Pie, and Mac&Cheese, to share with family. Chicken Pot Pie was really good and creamy, but the other soups (flavors) were a bit tamed. Turkey Sub was really tasty.

I give all chain restaurants three stars unless there is some thing that is done really a well. I feel like the quality of materials in the Momma’s. Meatball sub was great. We also had some coupons for cookies and they were fantastic. The downer was the butter cookie shake. I wouldn’t get it again.

First photo below shows the “Italian sub” as advertised and shown on menu; Other photos show what was actually delivered when ordered via Uber Eats – a plain bread with 2 thin slices of meat and a thin slice of cheese – none of the other sandwich fixens shown and that you would expect with an Italian sub; no dressing or condiments either. What a disappointment – Next time I order from McCallisters Deli

Good relaxing environment, quick service, casual atmosphere. I personally stop here for lunch before I walk into the Cinemark cinema and they provide a decent selection of sandwiches, desserts, beverages along with custom ingredients, toppings, etc. I like having their Wack Sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and mayo included and I haven’t gotten tired of it yet. Recommended.

The food here use to be so good and things used to be made right. I completely understand that orders aren’t gonna be perfect all the time but I expect to be right at least most of the time. There’s not excuse why my pickup order didn’t have topping on it when it’s clearly printed on the sticker. Do better please.
