$91 for terrible service. NO refills of bread, salad or water! Scallops in fettuccine as tiny as your pinky nail! Salty Pita chips fried dark brown to go alongside super salty spinach dip. Italian Margarita 99% ice, I didn’t even smell or taste a smidgen of alcohol! Christmas dinner ruined. The fake olive arrangements throught the restaurant was equally annoying. We were given a soup bowl filled with butter! Wont EVER return. Regret even tipping the inhospitable waitress too!

My family and I had a great time at Olive Garden as always. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. Kane, our waiter, was a pleasant young man who helped us in everyway possible. The food was amazing and I just love this restaurant. The restaurant is nice and clean as well as the restrooms. The wait wasn’t too bad about 15 – 20 min which was expected. I’m excited to see one coming to Morganton. Can’t wait till it opens because I am definitely gonna be there!

This was my first time ever going to an Olive Garden. ( yeah odd for my age ) but anyway, the dinner was a surprise birthday party for my sister. They made her feel very special with a piece of cake of her choice followed up by the birthday song. Which the waiter got the whole restaurant invovled which was so sweet. They gave us a nice private area. We had the best service I’ve ever had. The atmosphere, the service and the food was a 5 star! Next time I visit her we’ve got to go back. Very accommodating, great customer service and really great food. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate my beautiful sister.

Can’t go wrong with OG. No matter where I travel to, OG is always a trusted place.
This OG is no exception. Food, service and restaurant is great as always. Gets packed during weekends so if you want a more relaxing dinner then try weekdays. Get seated right away and food comes out faster. Not to mention the servers are more relaxed as well.
By the way, the new Braised Beef Tortellini is great. My favorite is the Steak Gorgonzola Pasta.

The food and atmosphere hasn’t changed since the restaurant first opened in the 80’s. The price has become crazy though. You realize that the salad is still amazing, but sadly the breadsticks have lost their place. Our service was wonderful. Everyone who helped us was very attentive the whole time. They made our night!

Valentine’s wknd ‘26 Just broke up with my bf, so my family and I went out for dinner to get me some fresh air… The food was super fresh and good. Our waitress was super friendly and pleasant to us!! She made sure my niece was happy with her dish by making sure she had enough Alfredo sauce. They don’t sell Strawberry lemonade just regular or raspberry and the waitress specially made me a strawberry lemonade with extra strawberries!! The time spent there took my mind away from the heartache I been dealt!! My only complaint is they were currently out of Sprite which was my original drink of choice.

This review is specifically based on our most recent visit but I feel most of this applies to several recent visits as well. I feel one of the things that is enjoyable about the Olive Garden experience is the course progression of the meal. When done properly, it’s not rushed and you can enjoy your company while eating at a laid back to moderate pace. This has not been the case lately. We ordered an appetizer and waters first. Our waters were brought, and the waitress took our entree order. Our soup/salad/breadsticks were brought out, followed within a minute of our appetizer, followed within about 3 minutes by our entrees. The table was full of food. By the time I got to my pasta, it was cold. It was not an enjoyable experience. We always order the endless alfredo dipping bowl just so we have extra sauce for our pasta because it’s always dry. Our waitress did not take care of us well. We had to flag her down to ask for another bowl and then it took awhile to get it. All our waters ran out and we had to flag her down again. The water tasted funny and we deduced that it was a tea pitcher that had been filled up with water and not rinsed. Overall, not a great experience and if that’s going to be the ongoing case, we’ll choose to go elsewhere.

First, I had my husband which is on oxygen24/7 and my son who hasstage 4 cancer. Neither can walk very far without giving out. I asked the girl that seated us for a booth closer to the door. She said there wasn’t any open. I told her I just saw one and she said we don’t have enough servers to open that booth. So, we go way in the back. There were 2 tables of women having a party. They were very loud. Out total bill was almost $70.00 and for that amount I think you should be able to sit wherever!! We have finished eating and going to the door. The booth I was asking for had people sitting there.
Now, our waitress was slow, very slow. We didn’t get refills on tea. She didn’t come around at all except to bring the bill. Never will I go back because the girl that seated us lied to me ad our waitress was as slow as a turtle!!! Very disappointed!!!

Went for the unlimited soup and salad, and saw the light leave the waitresses eyes. Hey I get it, but we are polite and too well. Sad that we spent more time waiting on our bowls of soup (2 bowls total/ each person) and would love to have more if we weren’t waiting ten minutes between bowls. They weren’t busy by any means with the weather. Maybe if the staff had more support? Not sure but one thing I know is I’m tired of feeling like a burden for ordering what made me come here in the first place.
Probably won’t be back here, always the same story different day at this location.
