Friendliest service from a Dunkin ever! We were wowed by the drive thru young woman who had a great attitude and gave us friendly banter for drinking out of a Starbucks cup. And we were more pleasantly surprised when the gentleman who brought our order out to our car, was also very profesional, courteous and had a good attitude as well!
Too bad we were just temporarily in the area, otherwise this location would be our go to!

My husband, kiddo, and I have been to this Duncan Donuts several times in the past, but the last 2 times have made us decided to not try it again.
Last time all the toilets where backed up and an active sewage leak with going on. We had a 4yr old who HAD to go so this really mattered to us.
This time we went in, there was one employee who was trying to do everything. They did say “hello and they would be with us soon” when we walked in. We looked at the options and half the case was empty. Then we waited 10mins and end up giving up and left for Krispy Kreme.
We notice as we left there were 2 cars in drive thru also waiting. No one went to the window before we left.
I have had great experiences recently at the 9mile store and the Davis one. This store is just struggling. They need more employees. One person can’t run the whole store. We are still going to go to the other location but I think we will be staying away from the one on our side of town.

I first want to say the crew of ladies got the drive thru down very quickly. But it was not a good welcome back to Dunkin today, customer service was terrible they left my sandwich out of the bag and then proceeded to look all skeptical as if I was lying. Of course in this economy that made me the most upset. I hate to do bad reviews but this was awful! The only bright side is I have an app on my phone that I can delete.

I’m a regular here, and for the past around 8 times I’ve gone they’ve forgotten something, and I’m usually pretty lenient, but when you’re making completely wrong drinks, (ordered a brown sugar latte, got a Carmel coffee somehow), and missing entire sandwiches some days, and when I ask them to fix it they just took off the sticker, and gave me the same exact drink!
*edit, went back in a 3rd time to ask them to remake it as I can see the Carmel at the bottom, they take my drink and put brown sugar syrup in the CARAMEL COFFEE (still wanting a brown sugar latte, which I’ve stated around 6 times now) and give me a SAMPLE CUP of brown sugar syrup. I gave up.

I got to the drive through at 8:08 and it took them 20 minutes to give me 2 iced drink and one donut. They work extremely inefficiently. When i got my drinks they weren’t full and they weren’t what i asked for.

Nice example of a Dunkin. Friendly staff are there to take your order. Food and coffee are served quickly and orders are accurate.

Ordered a medium iced coffee and a strawberry frosted with sprinkles donut and a vanilla frosted with sprinkles donut. I only received one of the donuts and thought it must’ve been a glazed. They also said they didn’t have medium cups, but made my coffee as a large but with the medium amount of cream and syrup, so it wasn’t right. I had to go back for the extra donut only to discover the first one they gave me was actually a vanilla frosted. It looks like someone licked them. The employees working here are SO rude and act like you’re bothering them to make your order. I’ve given this place multiple tries and nope, never again.

Always hit the closest Dunkin for any type of cold coffee with espresso shots. They are always friendly and very quick with orders.

I’m an Advent coffee drinker in fact I get one from Dunkin every single morning before work. This was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had at a Dunkin location. I sat in the front lobby while four different workers walked past me for over 15 minutes, I wasn’t acknowledged until I was given the hold on finger and they proceeded to help a customer with a pick up in the lobby.. when I was finally approached I was greeted with “you good what do you need” the customer service was awful, no smiles no friendly faces. I will not be coming to this location ever again.
