Listen. It’s a Sam’s Cafe. There are plenty of dining experiences that offer different experiences. You’re at Sam’s? You want a great slice of pizza topped with a bunch of meat? Cheap? You’re in the right place. The building isn’t built for atmosphere. It’s built for storage. If your expectations are higher, maybe actually go out to eat.

Glad there are two other sams in ICT that the staff knows how to do their job.
This location I have given four attempts to use the scan and go app that then advertise.
Make your cafe order in the app Skip the line.
On four separate occasions I’ve made my order in the app I’ve gone up to the register and waited in line because the first time I did it did my shopping showed up 20 minutes after my order they had not started the order, I was told that this location that you have to go check in first which defeats the purpose of the app to skip the line now I have to stand in the line to tell them hey start my order.
Also this is obviously not the ideal way considering the other two locations do not do this.
The last visit I go up to the register there are three people standing there ignoring me One is cutting pizza the other two are apparently new so they don’t know how to do anything pretty sure they can cut a pizza then and the trainer should take care of the customers.
Completely ignored by all three made eye contact multiple times, after 3 minutes of waiting for them to acknowledge my existence I go about my shopping 15 minutes later I come back up oh a mobile order we didn’t know anything about that yeah we can get started on on that in about 10 minutes we got busy…. No. There were no orders on the counter when I was there 15 minutes beforehand… simply unacceptable train your staff or find new staff. Don’t have that app as an option definitely don’t promote it in the store as they are ruining it.
Again it would be one thing if this was every Sam’s experience but no it is this location of maize that exclusively has a problem with it.
