If you ate here in the 80s or 90s, especially when they were up the street you know how good this place used to be. Sadly, that’s not the case anymore. It’s been a few years since I ate here so I gave it another try and ordered the garlic chicken and Szechuan chicken, both extra spicy.
When we got home and ate it, it was bland and watery. No spice. They couldn’t even be bothered to thicken the sauce(see the video) It’s the consistency of water. No fortune cookies either, but hey at least it was done in 5 minutes after ordering.
At some point a place needs to know when to throw the hat in because if they can’t support the community, the community won’t support them and this place has definitely run its course and needs to close.

A comfy and clean restaurant with amazing food. We got the almond boneless chicken, orange chicken, lemon chicken, and sesame seed chicken combos. All of it was amazing. The crab Rangoon was so good we got a second order. Will definitely be coming back. Fast and friendly service as well.

The male server that was working tonight was absolutely terrible. Very short with us. When the food came, we asked for extra plates. He started cleaning other tables and when my husband asked again for more plates the guy said “will you give me a minute!” as our food was getting cold and we had 2 hungry children. The fried rice tasted off, it tasted burnt? When my husband told the server he said “okayyyy?” and rolled his eyes at us with some big attitude.
Its a shame because other than that rice, the food is good. But this server makes me never want to come back. Zero stars for him. He should get out of the service industry.

We saw this was rated 3.8 before we tried it so we were not expecting GREATness from Geat Wall but Great Wall is not a 3.8, it’s legitimately more like 1.5. The wonton soup was truly the only thing edible and hot. Crab Rangoon, cold in middle. Egg roll greasy as could be. Fried Rice, barely warm, Egg Foo Yong, awful. We waited ten minutes to be seated in a place that had only one person sitting at a table and three waiting on takeout. Not even an acknowledgement of be right with you. We finally seated ourselves. The server did his best, a woman who clearly was working the back kept coming out to lend the assist, we really just wanted a decent meal forget the service. But truly the food was beyond bad and with fast food Chinese that’s pretty hard to execute. Anyway, it’s the only one in town, just know what you’re getting before you sign up.

There are a few bad reviews of this place here on Google, but they must be out of date. I eat here regularly and always have an outstanding experience. The food has never been anything but fresh and tasty. What really sets this place apart, however, is the fast service. I’ve never experienced anything quite like it. Sure, I tend go at a quieter time of day, but man… I’ve actually pulled my watch out to time it: I usually have my appetizer within one minute of ordering, and my entrée within five minutes. It’s something else.

We ordered takeout. It was hot and ready on time! My fortune cookie was in Spanish though. Very generous portions!
