Here at Velez’s HomeMade L.L.C Everything is made fresh, and from scratch. From breakfast, to dinner. We serve fresh pizza where the dough is seasoned with oregano, basil, salt, and crushed red peppers(can also order plain if preferred) One of the specials is a white wine chicken over white rice, We start off cooking the white wine as we place our chicken in oil, lemon juice, honey, adobo,onion powder,saźon, and heavy cream. We then place the chicken into the white wine chicken(after alcahol boils out) and pour in worcestershire sauce When the chicken is done we place our chicken on top of our white rice, which we cook with our home made butter, we then pour our zesty home made chicken sauce on top.
