We had Little Venetian catered to our work recently. Everything went quite smoothly and the service was great. Everyone loved the food. We had meatballs, salad, fettuccine Alfredo, and rigatoni. My favorite part were the meatballs. They were some of the best meatballs I have ever ate.

I have been eating Mama Vitale’s spaghetti since early 1970s They use to sell Mama Vitale’s boil in the bag dishes. Although the boil in the bag dishes are not sold today in the stores I still enjoy Mama Vitale’s dishes today thanks to the kids that are carrying it on. But, service without a smile or some kind of effort to smile or even be acknowledgeable of your customers would be nice and would make my 5 minute wait getting my food seem not so awkward.
I eat there once and the atmosphere there seems as if you’re eating in a back lunch room of a warehouse. I would skip the paper tablecloths, tighten your tables up so they don’t rock, put a couple candles on the table even though you don’t light them also a little bit of decorations just to bring back a little bit more of the atmosphere of the old Venetian in. Also gets some curtains; you don’t want to make it too dark, but a little dimming is good. Since now it bright as a school cafeteria, I would aim to create a some what cozy atmosphere so that diners feel they are in a classy setting rather than an empty warehouse lunchroom …
I have many pleasant memories visiting the Venetian In and the Chalet Lounge with friends and family …..

We found this place on Google just searching for Italian food. It was about a 30 min drive for us. It’s in a strip mall and the atmosphere is no frills. It’s a little weird when you go in and order as you go to the register and order homw cooked food. So there are no servers but they will bus the tables . That is how we met the owner. She was a very nice lady and stopped and talked with us about the history of the restaurant and that her dad makes the bakery items. We had the spagethii and lasanag and a special pasta of the day. They did give free bread which all restaurant should do! We had some side salads which was not bad. We also got one of the upside down pineapple cake …very good. If you are in the area check it out for sure!

We’re new to the neighborhood and really wanted to like this place and support a family owned business, but unfortunately the food is not great. We got a basket of cold bread that felt store-bought and the Caesar salad was drenched in salty dressing. The red sauce was bland and felt like we were eating frozen Italian meals. The waitress and cashier seemed to be quarreling and it was a bit awkward. There was also a “Never Walz” sign on the wall, which was pretty tasteless in our opinion. They seemed to have many regulars so if you’re looking for an affordable “small town style spot,” this is it. If you’re looking for delicious food and a great atmosphere, I’d go elsewhere.

Very friendly staff and amazing food I tried this for the first time today and must say I love it. There’s something about small family owned restaurants that make it all the more better

Food, especially the meat lasagna, is stellar! Please create a multigrain bread as not everyone can eat white plain bread! A variety of bread in the free basket is essential! Such a waste when many can’t eat your bread.
Pick up to go & order the full size as is worth it & 2-3 days of lasagna! Phenomenal
The dining area needs to be updated and renovated asap! Creative a Venice vibe & you will see sales rocket & expand.
I venture you have the usual customers and aren’t expanding or people go once in a great while or just pick up.
Please please please update ! We would frequent as the ambiance is sterile and outdated and not welcoming. There are no rich Italian colors or aesthetic appeal.
If you can add gelato in many flavors, even better! Mancini’s at the St. Fair has a gelato section & is wonderful! A nice edition with a renovation! Spice the place up! A Venice mural perhaps? Love the order & be seated! Clever! Lattes, cappuccino? Guess didn’t notice if you have those. Kick it up! I bet your loyal base with being friends of friends etc! Even more youth! ✅ Iced coffee too!
Lasagna best ever in Metro!

Ordered fried chicken and spaghetti special. The chicken tasted bad. Waitress asked how my meal was and I told her. She took a wing I didn’t eat back to the cook. He said it had stayed in the grease too long and was overcooked. They comped me with a desert I didn’t want. No refund for the meal the cook said was bad. Will not go back.

Had my partner pick up lunch today from here. Called ahead and placed the order for 2 hamburgers (wasn’t given the total on the phone, didn’t think anything of it). The link to their online menu said it was $7.50/each. My partner gets there and is informed that the price on the website is wrong, and that’s not their website anymore, handed him a new menu which states the burgers are $14.99, though we were charged $15.24/burger… PLUS some “Technology Fee” of $1.06. I get that you’re a small, local business… so are we. This bate and switch and charging bogus “fees” is complete crap. We will NOT be returning. And the 1 star rating on the food is because that burger was NOT worth almost $17.01!
