Not Pizza Hut standards pizza in my opinion. They barely even melted the cheese on our medium meat lovers. The crust didn’t look like it had been in an oven. There was no marinara at all. I was told they were out of ranch cups (of which I had ordered 5) so they sent me a large thin crust pepperoni pizza (that they didn’t even ask if I wanted) in its place that was over cooked with no marinara sauce on it at all. Definitely recommend choosing a different store if you want pizza!

I don’t feel like I need to explain. Look at this pizza. Is this really how yall make pizza? Y’all make this and decided “yes, that’s how it’s supposed to be. Let me put it in the oven.” THEN had a DIFFERENT person say “oh yea, looks good let me put it in a box and give it to the customer.”

Oh my this Pizza Hut was the absolute best I have visited! The service, the smiles, to the food was five stars! This is exactly what I look for when coming into a pizza place. Being from Houston and visiting this place made me feel so at home! Thanks Olivia for being amazing!

Got home after ordering a stuffed crust pizza and bread sticks the pizza was mot cut and the bread sticks looked like this. Then called for a refund and they said it could not be done because the store was too busy. They offered an in store credit but were unable to provide the refund.

They need more competent people working here. Instead of stopping taking orders, they are switching out orders for other things that people didn’t order. They tried to give me wings instead of making breadsticks because they simply just didn’t want to. And Hunter, I think is his name is, was scratching himself while in the kitchen cooking peoples food.

The past two times I’ve gotten pizza in Lake Charles, it’s been at this Pizza Hut location. The food is always exactly as ordered, hot, and ready. Both times I was helped by Mr. John. His attitude will have me doing more business there in the future.
