The food at this place is very rewarding for its price range. The venezuelan pepitos are good, and really good with ranch. It costs about $6 for one, and if you come at night it won’t be so hot. The tables are clean and it’s a nice ambiance overall as well as great service.

Food wasn’t bad. The cook really tried to stand out with the cachapa and the patacon. However, we asked the owner why the prices were crossed out from the menu in a very messy way, and he didn’t respond. We paid, we even left a tip, just to find out later that we were charged $50 for a cachapa and a patacon, and seated in sticky and dirty plastic chairs. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. We get way better food and service in Asados el Paisita in 137 ave. They have way better prices, service and food than Zuarepa.

I asked for no vegetables like 3 times and they still added vegetables to the burger, I also asked for a carne asada extra only to realize it was just a ground beef patty that also had vegetables in it! On top of that they took 30 minutes to finish my order and the food wasn’t even worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I was recording more of the place. First, it’s supposed to be Venezuelan and the cook is not from there. They were nice but the food wasn’t. Meat was very hard, so not really easy to eat.

We ordered 3 parrillas and one arepa with queso, and it took 40 minutes to get our food! It is not worth it. Besides, it is overpriced. So sad; it used to be a nice place. I am not coming again and not recommend at all!!

Edit: I’ve gone back several times and I always run into the same problem. The person who takes your order is incredibly rude and the food does take a while to come out. Last time i went i actually waited 2 whole hours for my food. The food tastes good enough that I’m not downright done with the place though. I might consider going back.

Although the food at this place is good, my problem with them is their service. Last time I went, not only did I get my order wrong once, but twice. I ordered to go, and had to come back twice because my order was incorrect, and then I got something that was less expensive than the item I had ordered. To be honest, I found them to be very careless. And after such a frustrating experience I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Which is unfortunate because their food is actually pretty good. So go at your own risk. At the very least, if you order to go, DEFINITELY check your entire order before going home.
