To be honest I really like Popeyes but this time I felt disappointed because the chickens were so small then normal (2 legs & 1 thighs) when I requested dark meat he said we don’t have dark meat but I said I would like to have dark meat so he gave me a dark meat for me but pretty small than normal,thighs it didn’t cook well still red inside and Mac&Cheese looks wired also. I felt no A/C in there and I saw the girl used vape inside at the table while she was charging her phone. I don’t think she is the customer.

Went through the drive through around 3p, we were actually the only customers at the time but we were still asked to drive all the way around to the front of the building and were told our order would be brought out to us. Since arriving we saw 3 other people come, order and leave with their food. Not kidding, 20 minutes later we went into the restaurant to re-order the food. When we went in there were four employees total but only one person doing ALL of the work. We actually felt bad for him. We ordered 2 #1s lol not a complicated order but they still got it wrong. I’m astonished by how bad this experience was. Never coming back.

had a very disappointing experience at the Popeyes located at 814 E Cervantes St. The chicken I received was old and brown, clearly not fresh. I spoke with a manager over the phone about the issue, but this should not be happening in the first place.
Before leaving this Popeyes location, please make sure your food is fresh and that your order is correct. Hopefully, the health department will step in to address these concerns.

I dont love that chicken from Popeyes. The few times that I have eaten here chicken is always overcooked and dry. Most recently I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches on Sat 10/11/25 around 1:30pm and received 2 of the worst sandwiches I have ever gitten anywhere let alone popeyes. Bread was burnt, chicken was as dry as can be and was unedible. Also when I called to give feedback, I was met with nothing but excuses and attitude from the manager. I will never use this place ever again. Gross!!!

If I could give a negative star, that’s what tbey would receive. We arrived at 940pm tried to place an order at the drive thru was told to pull to the window. When we got to the window to order. The gentlemen was very rude, short, and unprofessional. The food we received was cold and old. This was very unacceptable.

Sorriest Popeyes in town. You don’t ever get what you pay for. Needs to be shut down. No ice for drinks. They constantly give customers whatever they want to give them and not what they ordered. Just ordered ghost pepper sandwich and it had no cheese or bacon. Shut it down now.

Just ate at this Popeyes and honestly am disappointed in what I was just served… Ordered at 5:22 and was told to wait in the parking lot for my food to be brought out to me,”dropping fresh shrimp”, about 15+ minutes later a guy walks out and hands me my food…
Upon first inspection the shrimp Po boy, a regular item I get, is about half the size of the ones I normally get… Open it up and there’s about 10-15 loose shrimp obviously meant to compensate for the loss of bread….
Take a bite and nearly choke on it as the bread is uncooked and sitting on top of it is fried fresh shrimp… A steaming pile of… well you get me.
Disappointed in this vist and highly doubt I will come again but, for sure I’ll swing by tomorrow and let the manager personally know what happened as this was unacceptable.

My experience was the absolute worst!!I ordered a 2 can dine!! Lo and behold they sent me 5 wings smh!! The chicken was brown and old that chicken shouldn’t have been served to human beings., the chicken they sent me was not fit for animals!
