The banchan (side dishes) were all delicious, and the staff kept refilling them without us even asking. They were super friendly and made sure our grill stayed clean and hot the whole time.
The vibe inside is great too — clean, cozy, and modern. It’s perfect for group dinners or date night. We got the all-you-can-eat option and honestly, it was totally worth it for the variety and quality you get.
Overall, this place easily earns 5 stars from me. Great food, awesome service, and such a fun experience. Definitely coming back soon!
The service is amazing too — the staff are friendly, quick, and always on top of things. They helped us switch out the grill a few times and kept the sides and drinks coming without even asking. You can tell they really care about making sure everyone has a good time.
The restaurant itself is super clean and has a nice, chill vibe — not too loud, not too crowded (unless it’s peak dinner time). Great for hanging out with friends or a fun family dinner.
We got the AYCE option and it was totally worth it — the portions are generous and the variety is awesome. Definitely recommend going hungry and trying a bit of everything!
Overall, Gui Gui is a 10/10 for me. Amazing food, great people, and the perfect spot when you’re craving KBBQ. Can’t wait to go back again soon!
My favorite items to order are the Beef Brisket, Beef Belly, LA Beef Rib and Beef Chunk Flap. I got Menu B for $39.99 and it’s perfect for me and to get more variety/options for our group. They also have a $22.99 lunch special every day! It has over 30 items and is available from 11:30am-4pm, so if you’re looking for a deal, I’d definitely recommend this spot.
The food was really good and the place wasn’t crazy packed, which i like. It’s a smaller restaurant, but I think it’s perfect. But if you have a big group, they are able to host it. I saw a whole family taking the center tables.
One of my favorite things about this restaurant in particular is they do have a “bar.” You can serve yourself certain meats and side dishes and not have to wait on a waiter. But to be honest, their service was on point. Waiting for a waiter wasn’t long at all.
My second favorite is they had is the tofu stew and cold noodle! This stood out the most to me because it was flavorful! So iI was very happy.
Most of base menu you can serve yourself from the bar which is great to not have to wait for staff.
30$ for base ayce. 23$ for weekday lunch.
The vibe is just as chill and welcoming as ever. It’s perfect for groups, date night, or just when you’re seriously craving KBBQ. I especially love the self-serve meat bar in the back—it’s stocked with marinated pork belly, beef, chicken, and even sides like fried rice and gyoza.
I like that this place doesn’t rush you, and the laid-back atmosphere really makes it feel like a hangout rather than just a meal. Great service, good food, and good music!!
support family owned business in the wake of a recent tragedy!
Parking: They’re located in a busy plaza. We visited around 4pm, and it was pretty packed. I got lucky with a spot.
Ambiance/Environment: When we visited, it wasn’t as busy. We were seated immediately. They have booths and tables. It became more busy during their dinner rush at 5:30-6pm as there was a wait outside. It’s a very casual spot. Not the cleanest restaurant, but it was decent.
Service: Shout out to our server Sean! He’s very knowledgeable about the menu and even recommended us his favorite meats. He was very courteous and attentive to our needs. When the dinner rush came in, I could tell it became overwhelming for some of the workers. They do seem understaff. It was a bit difficult to get their attention when it was busy.
Deals: They have so many deals! Their menus are really easy to read. They have lunch special for $19.99, dinner special for $25.99, and 50% off alcoholic beverages! They also offer 3 main menu choices.
Meats: We went with Menu A that included 69 items. Sean recommended us the short rib steak, soy marinated rib, and beef brisket. Their meats are definitely premium! The rib short steak was huge! Everything tasted amazing!
Sides: They offer a lot of sides! I got the kimchi fried rice, corn cheese, salad, and steamed egg. We definitely could’ve ordered more sides, but we knew we couldn’t fit everything ugh! I’ll have to visit again to try their pho (yes .. they offer pho as a side dish)!
Bar: They have a self serve bar that included all the basic marinated meats. I got the spicy beef bulgogi, regular beef bulgogi, & marinated pork belly. These all tasted delicious. They also had more side dishes at the self serve bar! I got gyozas, french fries, chicken nuggets, onion rings, and tortillas! I will say these could’ve been kept warmer bc they were cold when I ate them.
Drinks: I couldn’t say no to half off alcohol! My bf and I got sojus and beers. Best way to start off the weekend!
Pricing: Definitely worth its prices! They offer A LOT for the amount you pay. We left overly filled and satisfied. The attention of the servers could improve, but other than that, we enjoyed everything.
