Store just opened. Very nice staff and food is made to order. Hubby and I both had the steak sandwich and fries. Everything was hot and fresh. They should have steak sauce but they don’t. Put some on when I got home.

The entire store (front/back) was very clean. The kitchen was wiped down and organized. The stainless steel and grills were clean while in use. The staff is clean and were all wearing hair nets and gloves.

Our food was fresh and delicious with great care in preparation. The staff is extremely courteous and welcoming.

This is a great business addition to Garfield Heights. I will definitely come back!

WOW!! This is not about the food. It was great. But the service. There were 4 people that came in after me. Everyone got their order before me. I ordered 2 regular cheesesteaks, no frfries or a drink. I was #54. They called #51 #52 then # 56 and so on. I said to them. Where’s my order. They looked at me like. Did you order? A! Yes! #54! OH! Second visit. Definitely something off with the taste and quality of the food. I had to add Chipotle sauce from my fridge to help the taste. Store needs to be shopped if not up to quality of the original brand.

I ordered delivery and I was charged twice for my order. I have been calling store since they opened and nobody has picked up phone. Food was average tasting but not worth being charged twice for it! And for them not to answer phone is horrible for business!

They don’t believe in answering their phone! Every time i call it just rings and rings and rings. I called them last week 36 times about a doordash order because you cant leave a note to request modifications to orders. NO ANSWER per usual. This happens often. I work as an aide and order for clients. Im literally calling now as i type this im on my 25th try. I hate this place!!!!!! If they dont want to answer calls they should have a note section!!! Ughhhh!!!

Out of traditional wings on their (second day) first Saturday open! Got boneless- they were over cooked & the sauce was NOT GOOD. Yeah it was buffalo but lacked flavor. The fries were also nothing to rave about. It was 930pm & they close at 10, I should have know better. HOWEVER, roughly 12 people walked in after me so it got pretty crazy at closing time. Gurl was mopping the lobby and mopped all the way to the people standing in line so when more ppl came in they had no choice but to step on the wet floor. Girl at the register was joking so much with her friends that she was putting my order in incorrect. Maybe they will see the area needs them open later like some of their other locations. It’s only two streets from me but I probably won’t be back. If I do go back it will be after things calm down from the “new opening.”

Was hoping to really like this place. However,I received the wrong sandwich altogether. It was supposed to be one chicken and one steak. Received two steaks. The sandwiches themselves I really wasn’t impressed with. Mr hero is much better in my opinion.
