I drove from Greenville, SC to hike some of the trails nearby. After hiking I was really hungry and saw that this food truck was nearby on google. I’m so glad I went. I got a beef quesadilla and it was delicious. Highly recommend!

What a blessing to have Taqueria La Chula here in old fort.
They serve up authentic, delicious Mexican faire at great prices and they are great people, too.
We don’t have many options to eat out here in old fort right now, so it’s great to have such a fantastic option right here in town!
They recently added burritos, tortas, chips with homemade guacamole and more to an already stellar menu.
Chorizo, steak, asada, beef tongue, chicken, shrimp, you name it – you can get any protein in a street style taco, quesadilla or a burrito.
Taqueria La Chula is legit. Excellent food, great prices, awesome people.

The food is fresh and authentic! The guacamole is more chunky with the veggies than creamy with the avocado, but still very good. Pictured are 2 asada tacos, 1 birria taco, one chicken quesadilla, and an order of guacamole (usually comes with chips but they were out). Yum!
