I love this place a lot. The food was really delicious. I ordered La Nona with spaghetti. Chicken was tender, pasta on the top was cooked perfectly and the portion was also pretty big and beautifully presented. Definitely gonna recommend this place to my friends.

We took the drive down (45min) to try this restaurant and see the Christmas decorations. We had a reservation at 8pm and was seated upon arrival. The restaurant was really full and we expected for service to be a little slower. We waited around 20min for a waiter to come up to us. We ordered the “Jalea mixto” which was way smaller than the menu had it pictured. It also took 40 minutes just to bring that one order out. It was good, everything was fresh, but was still a really long waiting time. One of the managers came to check up on us, we hesitated to speak on the inconvenience but he insisted. He apologized, we acknowledged it was busy, and offered us a drink on the house. We ordered the “vacío steak” and that came out in 10min, it was delicious. Our 2 drinks were not strong and could not taste any alcohol, so I wouldn’t recommend spending on any alcohol. Since this isn’t fine dining, we were not expecting an 18% automatic gratuity which I don’t think anyone would like…especially when service isn’t up to par…we were also only a party of 2. Tip is also expected. With gratuity and taxes, we basically ended up paying for our “free” drink. Overall, food was really good, our drinks weren’t strong, service wasn’t good, beautiful restaurant, but I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. For 18% gratuity, we expected the service to match that

Great family restaurant. The xmas decoration was on point, they even had a Santa Claus giving candy cane to the children, always a nice touch. The servers were dressed as elves which was also very creative. Food was amazing, I had the vacuo steak, my wife had tge chicken napolitana which was truly amazing even though the portion was quite big, prolly 2 adults can eat from ot. The ham croquetas were very good top 3 croquetas in Miami for sure. The service was excellent. Only downfall could be the dessert whichbit was jot bad but it was jot amazing (guava and queso flan cake). Drinks were delicious we had the miel de abeja which has a mezcal base, lil bit spicy butbif you’re into that kind of flavors you will enjoy it very much! Prices are miami prices so nothing to do there.

We had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful with the Christmas decorations festive, elegant, and perfect for the season. The food was delicious, and our waiter Jose was amazing. He was so attentive, friendly, and truly made our visit special.

Highly recommend this place, and a big thank you to Jose for making our night even better!

We stopped in here for a light bite to eat and ordered an empañada and some sea food. The calamari was delicious and well cooked.

The best part of our experience was when we went next door to checkout the dessert shop. There was a nice young lady who explained the desserts and told us we could have the desserts sent to our table. She was very helpful, answered our questions and had a friendly nature. We ordered a slice of the Abulita and Cafe bonbons which were absolutely delicious. My only regret is not ordering another cafe bonbon! Would highly recommend.

The rest of the staff were also very warm and good to talk to.

I’ll start with the service, 5 stars. At first when you walk in, gives you a fancy atmosphere, then decoration hits you in the face (valentines), a bit too much, but its Miami so I’m used to it, music was too loud for me, the usual regueton. I don’t think it goes with the restaurant, but then again Im not sure what concept/vibe they want to provide.
I ordered 2 appetizers, Provoleta which is a melted cheese with toasted bread, just to say the bread was better, the cheese has to be cut with a knive, its not a creamy cheese melt. And also truffle fries, for $13 a little tiny basket with the fries cramped up in there.
For the entree I had the nona milanesa, nothing out of this world for $25.95, presentation was nice. For dessert, omg this hurts….I ordered a key lime to go, and my mom got a guava and queso flansomething. The key lime (if I should call it that) 3/10. Just ate the mousse like part, bottom was really bad, artifical coloring. The guava and cheese, is not even a flan, its just some cream with gelatin and guava gelee and idk what else. Honestly for $12.95 each, not worth it. Should’ve just had the classic flan. Overall, if you are going to call your restaurant Factoria de Azucar, your desserts SHOULD be top notch, whether you make them in house or buy them frozen, I’ve had better frozen desserts than what I ate here.
Anyways, I just think this place its just for pretty, taking pics, instagram post. But the food is not that great, just another restaurant hype in Miami.
