Summary – Eat here! Great food and service. Details – My wife and I walked to this restaurant from Home2 Suites by Hilton (8 minutes). We were welcomed by Marvin the manager. He took care of us the whole night. We had the Ceviche chalupas with octopus, carne asada, and the mega burrito. Loved all of it! The octopus was fresh. Shrimp was bouncy. Carne Asada was excellent. The mega burrito was huge and only $20. Lots of shredded beef in the burrito. I recommend the salsa verde with the burrito. We had homemade flan for dessert. The beer and alcohol prices are good. Big selection of drinks. I had a Modelo Negra draft. We had two very nice tequilas. Marvin was helpful in recommending dishes. He is a nice man. Restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. A great evening!

One of the best Mexican food experiences we’ve had in the Tri-Cities! Marvin, the manager (and our waiter), provided attentive and genuinely friendly service that made the whole evening even better.
The restaurant was very clean and seemed incredibly well run—especially impressive on a busy night. Staff were efficiently checking people in and keeping things moving while still making guests feel welcomed and taken care of.
The table-side guacamole was a standout—freshly made right at the table by the sweetest woman and absolutely perfect. The street tacos were fantastic, and the green chile shrimp were some of the best we’ve ever had—packed with flavor.
And don’t skip the margaritas… they were almost too good!
Great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. Highly recommend if you’re in West Richland.

I would say this is a top 10 if not a top 5 favorite. Friendly staff. Fun atmosphere. Not to loud. Its the food that really sets this place apart. Its been saved to my favorits.

Seems very popular. Visiting our grandnephew and he suggested this as his favorite Mexican restaurant. Everyone was so friendly and nice. Very good family atmosphere. Reasonably priced for today’s economy. The michelada was . Food was average. Clean restroom. Can take big parties and they have a semi private room to the side. Many big parties were there and they accommodated them all. Full bar.
They do charge 3% for credit cards tho like many places nowadays.

Been to Fiesta many times, but today was the first at the Queensgate venue… and as usual, not an ounce of disappointment as the food was awesome and the service matched. If your looking for great tasting Mexican cuisine and served to you with attentive staff… this is the place.

I co.e here fairly regular. I love the food. The margaritas are excellent. If you come here, you need to get the table side guacamole, it’s amazing. I never leave here hungry or disappointed. 5 stars overall every visit.

I went to dinner with some friends and we asked for a booth and our wait time was 15-20 mins which was fine. We got seated and had a man give us water and our chips, and nobody came to speak to us for about 45+ minutes after that. Finally, one of my friends complained and we got our order taken. There was a sweet man Lane that assisted us, so thank you. Overall, the service was not good.
