Lobby was filthy! Food on floor tables, tables had a greasy film texture. Location wasn’t that busy someone could have address the lobby and restrooms. Smell of burnt grease, when your entering.

Don’t think we have ever been to a Popeyes before- tonight was boys choice (both under 12) and they were excited and thrilled to visit – they thought it was great. I think it’s supposed to be more chicken like and less dry. The boys liked it. I liked the hot sauce; a bite and the meal wasn’t my thing. Ordering was challenging in the drive thru. I let the boys have it once and it was exciting but we likely won’t be doing a repeat-we need something green on a menu; one clearly goes for fast food but an option for something else is always nice.

Since when does Popeyes charge a dollar for xtra ketchup. I purchased a 5 piece chicken tender meal and asked for extra ketchup. I noticed o. The receipt said xchup 1.00. Also the fries were cold and iced tea was not good. The chicken were good but they could have used more ketchup.

For a fast food chain, Popeyes is usually a safe bet for some good fried chicken. If we had gotten what we ordered, maybe we would have given a better rating. My husband and son ordered an 8 piece chicken meal and requested all dark meat. However, that is not what they got, and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received a classic chicken sandwich. The fries were cold, and mash potatoes had very little gravy. My husband said the biscuits were very good, though.
The atmosphere was clean in the dining area. Bathrooms were not clean and the mens room had no urinals, and there was 1 bathroom stall, which the toliet was out of order.
Thankfully, this was a one-time stop. This location definitely needs to improve.

I went there for lunch while at work. When I started to eat my food I realized my order wasn’t correct. I asked for white meat spicy and got a wing a breast and a drumstick. Upon further inspection of my meal I saw a fly on the drum stick. I tried to talk to the manager about it and she told me it was blood from the chicken. I’m not sure if they’re under new management because I’ve never had an issue before if something was wrong with my order. I don’t know if I’ll shop here anymore.

Food was cold and the chicken pieces were so small. I paid over 10.00 for a 3pc chicken meal and it was so small that there was barely any meat on it. I asked for sweet heat with my chicken tenders and then purchased 2 extra and got absolutely none!!!

I don’t think anyone does fried chicken as well as Popeyes. I like their regular recipe original and they now have five pieces of chicken for $9 which means I get three meals for nine bucks.

I don’t know what is up with this location but I cannot remember ever having a meal from here that I’ve fully enjoyed. Food was okay, restaurant average grubby, delivery always/ missing items, wrong items. I like to give places I like a few chances despite being underwhelmed but tonight my food was *bad*. Every item saturated in old, fishy smelling oil. Bun was stale.

This location definitely puts out great quality food. Fresh and made to order, it is a bit slow here but its likely just and under staffing issue. Food is worth the wait and everyone is very friendly and this spot
