We travel 20 minutes to come to this hut. They have great food, but their staff is constantly outside smoking cigarettes, and then they walk right into the kitchen. It’s incredibly disgusting and unappetizing. I’ve left 3 different times because they are constantly smoking. It’s pretty disgusting and makes me not want to eat here AT ALL.

I don’t know how this place can be this bad. I used to come to this location allot as a kid for the buffet or the free pizza for reading books. I have tried periodically to order from here and it is wrong every time. They will make a pizza without certain toppings if they don’t have them and they won’t say anything. Your pizza will either be burnt, or uncooked, no sauce, barely any toppings… I haven’t had a good pizza from here in years. Papa Murphy’s is across the street, Fulzenzis is down the road, Little Caesars is down the road.l the other way. Don’t go here.

Saturday night’s crew needs help, desperately. I caught the end of it luckily. The staff was cursing and yelling at each other, throwing things all over the kitchen. The counter person tried as much as possible to not to be rude when checking the customers out, however, went right back to screaming and yelling at the kitchen staff after taking care of the counter. The food was definitely not cooked fully and resembled the atmosphere it was cooked in. I wish I wouldn’t have given pizza hut a second chance.

Literally the worst pizza establishment in pizza Illinois. Too bad there’s not a zero rating.
After order was delivered missing half the items, their “call center” couldn’t get me through to the store. So I had to drive in and they refused to refund the items, my only option was to call the store the next day and wait until they made the rest of my food or I could leave without it. Wow, what an option. Asked for an entire refund and they cannot do that either because we received some food. So I guess being inconvenienced doesn’t warrant the customer being taken care of anymore. So glad they gave me the same number I couldn’t get through on to call the general manager tomorrow!
Absolutely never going back. Ridiculous and downright horrible customer service.
Telling a customer “I’m trying to help you, but we’re humans not robots” just pissed me off more.
I understand mistakes happen but this is like the third time and I’m over the excuses.

We came in they were extremely busy, they also ran out of the product we ordered. The manager Brad was very calm about the situation he was very accommodating to us and helpful. Brad is the definition of good customer service

Never received order. Store stated my order was stolen by the Door Dash Diver. Never offered a replacement order just said they would issue a refund. So didnt get food and ate from a vending machine. Not a happy camper
Update – called several times to check on refund. Never issued. Had to contact credit card company to get refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Place was pure chaos for pick up. I went in about 8 min after my order was supposed to be ready. It wasn’t yet, but ok. There were 3 other people waiting inside already, no order whatsoever to how they were waiting. The guy behind the counter seemed lost. Atleast 1 person waiting was a “doordasher” who stated they were there for 30 min and nobody could find the order….
Pizza was good, mby it was just an off night there but it was my first experience and I hope its not always so unorganized. Seems like it stays pretty busy
