Overall, it was a really good experience. The only reason I did not give a full five stars was because the appetizer arrived slightly cooler than expected, although it still had great flavor. Aside from that, everything else was served nice and hot and tasted excellent. The drinks were also well made and refreshing. I would definitely come back again and look forward to trying more from the menu.

I’ve eaten at Cheddar’s before, but this was my first time dining in. While visiting Charlotte, my party of five was greeted with a warm smile by a friendly hostess and seated immediately, which was a great start to our experience.
Our waitress, Blake, came over shortly after we were seated. She was friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to interact with as she took our drink and food orders. Excellent customer service truly makes a difference!
The iced sweet tea was absolutely delicious! I paired it with a bacon cheeseburger that was thick, juicy, and full of flavor. The fries were served hot, perfectly seasoned, and crispy — just the way I like them.
The only downside was the burger bun. Unfortunately, it was cold and tasted like it came straight out of the bag. After a couple of bites, I ended up removing the bun and finishing my burger with a fork. Three of us ordered burgers, and each of our buns was cold. I highly suggest Cheddar’s start toasting their buns — that simple step would easily take their burgers to a perfect 5/5!
My sisters enjoyed their food. One ordered the shrimp pasta and the other, steak and shrimp with a baked potato. Now, she initially didn’t receive the bacon bits on her baked potato, but Blake quickly corrected it, so all was well.
Overall, this was a solid lunch experience with great service. With just a small improvement to the burger buns, it could easily be outstanding!

We were unsure about going because of the bad reviews, but we decided to give it a try and ended up enjoying the night. The ribs were great, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect for the evening. We’d definitely like to go back!

The meal was excellent and everything tasted very fresh. My Ribs & Chicken Tenders were especially delicious. We had a great time overall, and this place has become one of my favorites because the food is consistently good, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the prices are very reasonable.

I have never been to a Cheddar’s before, but I’ll definitely be back! The drinks are affordable but delicious, I got the coconut painkiller and it was great. The smokehouse burger was disappointing, I’m pretty sure the burger patty was frozen and not fresh, and it tasted a lot like tv dinner Salisbury steak. That being said, the service was perfect. I don’t remember the bartender’s name but she had curly, bright red hair. She greeted us immediately even though she was noticeably busy, and let us know she’d be right with us. She took our order in a timely manner and was friendly the entire time. Honestly the way she carried herself made it seem like that was HER bar and she runs it with ease. I was very impressed with the service. And the food came out quickly, hot, and accurate. All around a great experience!

Went on a Sunday. The wait was not too bad. Restaurant was clean. Server was nice and attentive. Did reasonably priced. About $60 – e didn’t order from the bar.
We had pasta dishes. A fan favorite was the hunger butter croissants but I was the only one not a fan. It had a weird after taste… I didn’t even finish it. I actually liked the garlic bread better.
They do not sub items. I wanted the salmon n shrimp with pasta or another veggie instead of rice… NOPE.
My friend wanted to sub the chicken for shrimp… NOPE
We would’ve paid the difference

Overall I don’t really have any issues. I order takeout often and this is strictly about my last order. I got a steak to go and asked for it medium rare and it was difficult trying to cut into it the steak, and that’s because the steak was raw, not rare but cold in the center. I called and spoke with an associate and he got my information said a manager would email and get into contact. It’s been 5 days and no response.
