One of the best locations I’ve been to. The food is consistently hot, fresh, and flavorful. The service is exceptionally fast, personal, and accurate. The employees seem to be able to take on problems that arise without missing a beat. Every time I’ve been here it seems like they’re all working together very efficiently to ensure a quality experience for every customer. This seems like a very well managed place.

I placed a huge order. It was over $150 and I ordered from the catering menu. Cadence helped me. She was terrific. She helped me set up the Chick-fil-A app before I paid so I could get points. She made sure that I got my Chick-fil-A sauce, which is a must. She made sure everything happened very fast and correctly. Cadence was amazing!!!

I just love all the people who work here! They are always very helpful in the drive-thru! I am always greeted with a smile and they are quick and hasty. I feel cared for as a regular here and the kiddos love the spirits embodied here. These are real people, not workers. Keep it up Chick-Fil-A!

Went through drive through. As usual it was a line to order and as usual they moved everyone through quickly. Greeted with smiles. Ordered 2 12 piece nuggets, wadfle fries and 2 teas and all were fresh & yummy. Order was correct.

Just went through the line not even an hour ago and was truly disappointed by the manger. She was crowding the employees working outside in the rain and barking for them to hurry up. The man that was ordering in front of us seemed to have a language barrier and the employee was patient and kind to him. Christie stood over him trying to rush the customer and yelled to the other manager that they were holding up the line. HIGHLY unprofessional and displeased with the way she spoke to the employees and was handling the drive-thru. She even made a remark for us to slide up so she could fit another car under the awning.

Stopped here while passing through on 40. Just off the exit. Busy like you would expect a chick fil a to be. Line moved really quickly though.
Another reason to choose chick fil a for a road stop is that you can rest assured that the bathrooms are going to be clean. This store was no exception. Fresh smelling, clean bathrooms are such a rarity when driving along the interstate. This one was great!

This store was my favorite. I don’t go as often. But when I do, I go through the same frustration when I ask for a simple 12 count and half of the box is breading, old, and most of the pieces or chicken are coated with all the speckles of breading from oil that has not been replaced or cleaned. Disappointing, you will expect for quality on the food you paid for.

It’s currently 8:45 AM, Whoever is doing the curbside orders is absolutely amazing. I believe he’s been doing them for a few days now. i come here all the Time and I’m almost certain that he is new so I want to make sure everybody knows what an amazing job he’s doing. He’s always very polite and always tells me good morning,he’s putting in the extra effort that needs to be noticed. give that man a raise lol

Disappointing experience at the Fountain City Chick-fil-A (FSU location). We arrived at 10:26 AM, were fourth in line, and reached the register by 10:31 AM intending to order breakfast. After a delay assisting another guest, we were told at 10:32 AM that breakfast was no longer available and had to change our order. Our receipt shows the order was placed at 10:33 AM.
When we received our food, the order was incorrect—and it was a breakfast order, despite being told breakfast had ended. I am gluten-free and could not eat what was provided. We contacted the store immediately and spoke with the manager, who said a refund wasn’t possible due to payment via Visa gift card and that the operator would follow up to load rewards. No follow-up ever occurred.
Between the inconsistent cutoff, incorrect order, and lack of resolution, this experience fell well below the standard I expect from Chick-fil-A.

Stopped for late lunch about 3pm staff was friendly and the chicken wrap, fries and berry drink were good as usual. Ate inside but noticed the drive thru was packed, but kept moving pretty well….there is a nice seating area outside. This Chick-fil-A was definitely the dirtiest I’ve ever been in, especially the bathroom that stunk of urine and the floor was covered in water, not sure what type of water it was. The eating area inside was not being continuously cleaned as are most of this chain.
