I had a very disappointing experience at this location this morning around 8:45 AM. The customer service was VERY poor — the manager was EXTREMELY rude, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and overworked.
I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and the quality was VERY unacceptable. There was only one strip of bacon, the cheese wasn’t melted, and the egg was still frozen in the middle. On top of that, my iced coffee was made EXTREMELY incorrectly — I asked for butter pecan flavor, and it was completely left out. It tasted bland and nothing like what I ordered.
This experience felt rushed and careless from start to finish. I hope the management takes action to support their staff and improve food and drink preparation. I won’t be returning to this location EVER !!

I’ve been coming to this location for months thinking the service and food get better, but it doesn’t. I literally live 2 minutes away and I drive an extra 10 minutes in the other direction just because of the quality of food and the lack of customer service. Anything cooked, taste like metal which means they do not clean their machines. You say “hi” and “thank you”, but nothing back and they all just look like they don’t want to be there.

It’s Been awhile didn’t like the location of this place at all – but was empty when driven by stop in stop in to get coffee and a coffee role at first the place was somewhat okay but the quickly changed – after receiving my coffee bacon, egg and cheese on a bagel and the coffee was water and sandwich was a croissant with egg. that what stop me. that was two years ago.

Looks like the census of all these reviews are complaints of service and quality which I encountered myself today. I asked for the day dream Sabrina with little ice and the manager filled it half way with ice and when I said I told you I want less ice he said “sorry if I use less ice I have to put more products and I will run out” I asked to re make it and he said no I can’t”

I don’t know if you can tell how stale and crusty these donuts are but I hope you can. This is exactly how I received them. I never write reviews so you know I’m over it. This is the quality of donuts I get from here almost every time I go. Breakfast sandwiches are even worse! Waste of time and money. Not sure what the renovations were for if the quality of the food was just going to get worse. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way then go back here.

I was on my way to church Sunday morning and I was not feeling well. So I stopped at this location for the first time in a few years. I was ignored by the two people who were at the front I asked for help because I didn’t want to use a kiosk hence the reason I came into the building. I was standing there for a minute before she said use the kiosk and then continue on ignoring me. Terrible service and when a machine takes their job they’ll complain. Never again
