Second time giving this place a try thru grub hub not agin so the first time I ordered they messed up the order and it was first time trying this place. So after the first bad meal I decided to give them a second change and they failed agin. Talked to a manager who would not give her name. She didn’t offer to fix the issue I will not ever shop this place agin. This is a photo of a 22 doller sandwich. Sad excuse of a restraunt I will be calling corporate office in the am .

Kids free combo weekends is a blessing. I love that this is a thing, thank you. Just understand it can look like a daycare at times ha. I feel for the staff because it can get really busy. I was impressed with their professionalism during the rush and tackling all the chaos. They deserve a raise!

Just went in for a last minute dinner. We walked in and asked if they were still open which Connor and his coworker excitedly said yes and were very kind to us upon our arrival.
Connor made our sandwiches with kindness, humor and patience.
Rang us up quickly with polite conversation as well.
In my experience, when a business is slow, I get eye rolls and sighs. These gentlemen appeared excited to have customers to wait on which will definitely bring me back here.

Nice staff but the dining room was gross. Some of the tables have a sticky film over top of them as if they haven’t been actually cleaned in years. Made me uncomfortable eating here. If you can’t wipe the table down then how clean is the back kitchen area

3rd time at this location. Tonight I came in just before closing and they still serviced me efficiently and with good customer service. The original turkey with everything on it. On white is delicious. $9 for two days worth of food. Thank you. Those milkshakes slap too.

Staff member was extremely rude and obnoxious when i ask them to reheat my marinara sauce. The staff member looked at me and said “you gotta wait for the sauce to be done” “I said you can’t warm it? He said “no we dont have a microwave here? “ he smiled and walked away like if i was the dumb one. Also floors and seating area are horribly trashed and not kept up. Also another staff member head was bleeding and she was walking around behind the counter with a napkin on here head and then handeling food. That’s very gross and a violation of the health code! Who ever this crew is they should all be fired! They suck!

What a huge was of money. I went during lunch today. Ordered my sandwich. Told the prep “NO OIL” I get my sandwich. Go to eat it. The sandwich is doused in oil. The sandwich looked as if it was dipped in a bucket of oil as if it was getting prepared to be fried. Then I receive the sandwich and have to ask for a bag because it was dripping and covered in God knows what. Please employ people who listen and have cleanliness. Especially working at an establishment that sells food that people consume. This is unacceptable. I don’t recommend coming here at all. Just go to another potbelly. The picture shows the absolute trash job one of the preps put together.

Took my crew here to grab lunch. Price was right and sandwiches were really great. They even had entertainment for lunch. This guy was a really great musician to listen too while eating lunch. I will certainly be back.

Jennifer the Gm was working very hard, mid-inspection, during a rush today. The whole crew remained calm, orderly and friendly. They demonstrated great teamwork and resilience. Rosey was so so friendly and makes us want to come back more often. Killer team!!
