She is always offering the specials and tells me how I could save money, really nice and very customer service oriented.
I’ve been coming to this place far too much. The kids love pizza and this place makes it convenient. However, from time to time, they really drop the ball. From party orders to simple daily purchases, too often their service fails.
Today, they said they don’t have their Monday/Tuesday special because it’s a holiday. There are no signs that state exceptions. As it is, they don’t automatically apply the special, you have to ask for it. Now when you do, you have to hope they don’t have an exception. This tactic feels illegal. Because once you are there, you probably won’t go somewhere else for pizza. Especially with kids in the car.
I think I need to take my business elsewhere.

Great deep dish pizza. Not a fan of crust usually, but the deep dish is great all around.
I will say that their customer service is top tier. One of the workers was even nice enough to offer me a discount on a pizza that hadn’t been picked up. I think I’ll just stick to the deep dish. Maybe the meat pizzas are tastier.
In responses to your concern on why I’m disappointed. I ordered my food 9/4/2020. Every time I order online and I go to pick up my order it is not done the way I requested, pizza well and wings well. That’s not a difficult order at all but when I explain to the worker they always give me an attitude like its my fault. Now that concerns me because who knows what they are doing to my order in the kitchen because their mad they have to redo it. I think companies have lost teaching their employees a very important tool in the work force! 1. Customer is always right. 2. You never talk back or give attitude to the customer. I do hope that its not about the order being wrong its about the employees attitude and hopefully this issue can be resolved.
