The absolute BEST experience we’ve had at a restaurant! We were the first customers to try this location after the anticipated opening – and this was beyond wonderful! Huge thanks to our server Morgan, Mike, and the rest of the team for a great experience and for being so kind. Food came out super fresh, hot, and very flavorful. There’s a lot of positive reviews because servers had an incentive to earn $100 if they got the most customers to leave 5-star reviews for them.
However, this review is purely about a pick up order I placed. I know there might be still some growing pains as they recently opened but I made an order online and received a text stating my order was ready. I went in and was told that it wasn’t ready. I waited at the tight corner between the pickup area and restroom for a couple of minutes until another employee told me that they had my order time set 15 minutes later and it was likely a system glitch about the text, and that I should probably wait in my car.
I waited in my car for an additional 15 minutes and went back inside. I got my order handed to me and went back to my car and wanted to pick at my food before the drive home, so I ripped open the bag and started going through it. It wasn’t my order! I go back inside and let them know, and see my correct bag was there. As I opened my bag, I noticed that everything was soggy and cold already, so I assume my order had always been ready but they thought my name was a later order.
Once I get home, I hit another disappointment when I see that the jumbo tender to my salad was also soggy, oddly chopped up, and breading missing. Not only that, but the chicken looked slightly still pink.
I love Tumble 22, but this was a disappointing experience that has me not want to stop by for a while.

Tumble 22’s new Pflugerville location is fantastic. Every single thing we ate was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. The food alone makes this place worth coming back for. On top of that, the service was excellent. Friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcomed. So glad to have Tumble 22 in Pflugerville. Highly recommend!

This was our first visit and we thought that it would be a normal fast food joint!!! But omg!!! It had another vibe altogether…and the most important thing…we didn’t even expect that we would get a huge burger with such minimal price. It was awesome…aweesome …awesome!! The taste of fresh chicken had my heart. I hope they keep up the quality. And I would definitely give a big shout out to our waitress Ms.Shonda!! If you’re reading this,Shonda…I’m soooo very happy with the service you provided!! And I mean it. You continuously checked on us, if we need something more!! First time at the new Pville Tumble 22 and we loved it! Happy hour specials are great. We had a couple beers and I got chicken tenders and my wife got bone in chicken breast. Each came with a side so we tried the fries and Mac and cheese we liked both. You get to choose the heat level, we tried mo hot and just plain hot. perfectly spicy and it’s delicious hot chicken I must say! Both kinds of chicken were large portions which is very rare these days. Great prices too, wow, we’ll be back soon!

The service was fantastic. We decided to try it out because our favorite server from another restaurant told us she also worked here. We were not disappointed. Alex took great care of us.
My wife and kids loved their meals. The portions were huge. Mine was okay. Now, I did get the chicken without any heat, but it still had a spice and toughness to it. The fries were nice and crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. They also had the same taste as the chicken. My eldest got the Dirty Fries and they were much better than the plain chicken.
I would definitely go back and try a different dish.
