Today is my daughter’s 6th birthday. It is late at night, and we decided to order pasta from Pizza Hut. We called to place an order and were attended to by Jonathan. Part of our order included cheese sticks. We asked Jonathan if he could add extra cheese since we were celebrating our daughter’s birthday and she loves extra cheese. Jonathan said, “No problem, brother,” and continued taking our order. He was very cordial, polite, and professional.
Upon receiving our order, to our surprise, we found a small gesture that truly touched our hearts. When we opened the box, we saw a hand written note that read, “Happy Birthday!!!” Inside was an order of cinnamon rolls. We are so grateful — it was a small gesture, but one that should not go unrecognized.
Funny enough, my first job ever was as a Pizza Hut CSR, so I know the work that goes into it.
Thank you, Jonathan, and thank you, Pizza Hut, for helping make our daughter’s birthday a little more special.

I ordered a delivery which stated the order was going to be delivered 10:05 however time passed it was 10:40 and I had to call them. Only for them to say the they don’t have delivery that the pizzas where there getting cold at restaurant that DoorDash has not picked them up. But instead of calling they just let it be and all they said was we can’t do nothing it’s not our fault. How about you put in your page you don’t deliver and that way we wouldn’t have waisted our time and put pick up. Now we get to eat an overcharged cold pizza.

Delivered by DoorDash. I paid delivery charge and tip only to have to go out to the parking lot and locate the driver. Had I known that, I’d have just driven to the restaurant. Unsatisfactory. The food was tepid when I got it. The brownies were stuck to the tray, as you can see. Finally, the pizza was cut poorly. That’s not that big a deal but the small piece could have been used to wedge a door open had you placed it on its side, that’s how small it was. I am very, very disappointed in Pizza Hut. I have had good luck with them, but it only takes one incident like this for me to move on to another restaurant.

I ordered from this place shortly after they opened at this location and wasn’t impressed. This weekend, I decided to try it again. I ordered a medium veggie pizza. As you can see in the photo, it was sparsely topped but still tasted ok-it wasn’t over or under cooked. The chicken pasta had a ‘watery’ consistency. I have never seen it look this way before where it was more sauce than pasta. The cheesy bread isn’t the traditional long bread. I’m not sure if these items changed officially or what. About 2 months ago, I ordered pizza from a different location, and it wasn’t this way. Other members of my house say they have had similar experience at this location. I miss the old pizza hut in country walk they had it right. Gave it 2 stars because the pizza was still cooked well, but everything was not up to old fashioned Pizza Hut standards.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. The staff did not speak English at all and communicated only in Spanish. Even when we spoke clearly in English (there were three of us, all fluent), the responses were still in Spanish or with such a heavy accent that it was impossible to understand.
Because of this communication barrier, we did not receive the order we actually wanted. We are in the United States, where English should be the basic language for customer service, and this should be a standard in a place like this.
